Great weekend getaway !

We stayed here this past weekend while we attended the MW concert in Charlotte. Great place to stay on a whim. Very clean, spacious rooms, had everything we needed for the weekend. Perfect.area and has the cutest area downtown. Not far from Charlotte either.. Qould dtaybagain !

Cute but really lacking in some basic areas.

My family and I stayed here during our visit to Charlotte. Overall it's a cute house, but it's not set up to do what it's advertised to do, and there are maintenance issues.Some of the major issues: neither the outlets nor the hand dryer in the main bathroom worked. There were bugs in the shower in the main bathroom, and no matter how many times we got rid of them, more showed up.The dishwasher wasn't properly installed. While my husband was putting dishes in it, the top of it tilted forward and out of the frame so drastically that the dishes almost fell out onto the floor. It also leaked. We had to use a towel to mop up the water. The top right side of the mattress in the main bedroom was so worn we had to turn the mattress so it was comfortable enough to sleep on.Those were the major issues. It honestly seems like no one is paying attention or tending to the basic maintenance of the house.The minor issues: the space is advertised as sleeping 5. But there are only 2 water glasses in the house. And no other glasses for anything like wine. So at dinner we were using coffee mugs for water and wine.The bedrooms only have nightstands on one side of the bed, which means if two people are sleeping in the bed someone is putting their stuff on the floor.Like it said, it's a cute house. But it isn't set up with the guests experience in mind. And it doesn't seem to be maintained well.

Everything was nice. As advertised. My only issue was a lack of hot water, but we were there during an especially cold week. Not a deal breaker, I will stay here again. Thanks!

It was everything we expected and more. The home is so cute and clean. It had everything we needed and the mood was so welcoming. The host was so nice and responsive. I really enjoyed this stay and would definitely book again!!!

Just what we needed!

We needed a place to stay while visiting our daughter that had moved to North Carolina. This listing was just as described! The house was clean, the area was convenient for our needs, Muna had provided a sweet and personal welcome sign for us. It was a last minute trip for us and in the moment of rush packing I had forgotten shampoo and conditioner and we were pleasantly surprised to find that she was kind enough to provide it in both bathrooms along with body wash! (Thanks Muna) There was also bottles of water, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again while visiting our daughter! Muna (the host) was also kind, easy to work with and quick to respond to any and all my messages.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house is fully fenced -- double fence ! This will certainly provide an added layer of security for my guests. The lot size is huge and is almost half an acre with a huge backyard for you to spend time.
