The kids room had 2 twin bunks , we thought one of the bunks were full size . Also the upstairs ac went out but they did come repair it and you cant really plan for the ac to go out. We would definitely stay here again.

I looked at several houses in this location and this one really is a great value. It was large and clean and close to the beach. It could use a few new pots and pans and maybe some softer mattresses, but again for the amount we paid for the week I thought it was fantastic. Would book again.

Excellent vacation spot!

Couldn't be happier with our stay here! Plenty of room in the home for everyone to have their space and also a great neighborhood for walks and porch sitting. The golf cart was also a game changer for getting back and forth to beach and pool as well as site seeing the surrounding restaurants.

Fun time at Santa Rosa

House was great with plenty of room and perfect layout. Having golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting to beach and restaurants very easy.We are already discussing a return trip!

The house was great. Spacious. Working TV’s in all bedrooms. Modern look and open main level. Very close to beach access. The bikes and golf cart were perfect for getting around. Only negative is kitchen was missing a few basics like frying pan and kitchen shears. Please note sink fixture in downstairs bedroom bathroom loose and broken arm on one of the outside chairs. We would definitely rent again.

Fall beach getaway

We had a wonderful trip. Enjoyed the location of the property. Size of house was great. The golf cart was a definite plus. Easy access to the beach. House was clean, had plenty of towels, and useful amenities. Would definitely book again.

Great House, Great Location

The place was fantastic - lots of room for our family. There was some constructure going on in the neighborhood, but we spent most days at the beach or out/about and it was not obtrusive. The golf cart combined with the proximity to the beach was fantastic! Had no issues parking the golf cart across the street from the beach as I had read about before going. We will def come back!

It was a little further from the beach than I thought it would be. Trash was piled high by outdoor shower and the smell was terrible. The trash ran the day before we got there so I believe some of that could have be gone. I have stayed in more accommodating places for the price. It was clean on the inside.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This beach home was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of sleeping arrangements lots of storage. The golf cart was perfect for the many trips back and forth to the beach. With all that said upon arrival the home was not properly cleaned. Crumbs everywhere. Cabinets had drippings of coffee. Overall we enjoyed our vacation very much so. Lots of wonderful laughs and memories were made. We are looking forward to another beach vacation very soon.

It was a great stay with some setbacks. The floors were very dirty, the garage door might or might not work and the garage was full of sand. It seemed like it hadn’t even been swept out before we got there. Lots of construction.

Great place in Santa Rosa Beach

We had a great a time at this great location. Super close to the beach and Walmart nearby for groceries. The house was very clean but needs new chairs for dining room table as they are falling apart. Management was courteous to replace a broken blender but came in without notice while we were out which was a little offputting. The bikes and golf cart were a great addition. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others. Beds were a little firm but overall comfortable. A/C works extremely well.

Golf cart had flat tire, after inflating it, the engine surged badly and steering was very loose. Tire went flat again. Previous tenant put trash in recycling. Repeat calls leaving detailed messages about golf cart to Beachwalk vacation with no response. Was advertized with golf cart. Realistically i was.overcharged because cartbwas effectively not available.

The location of this house is great! We enjoyed being close to the beach and had many options for restaurants.The house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There trash was left in the garage and in the golf cart. This trash was old Jell-O shots and empty containers. There was splattered something on the wall of the main floor bathroom and the vacuum didn’t work when we tried to do some cleaning ourselves. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys were broken, but it was easy enough for us to go purchase items to use during our stay. We also had to purchase our own trash bags and there weren’t any basic items that you typically find at a VRBO (salt, pepper, extra paper towels, etc).The communication was almost nonexistent and questions went unanswered, except for when the owner had a question for us (i.e. asking us about a golf cart key from a stay prior to ours).Overall, we had a nice stay and it accommodated our family of 11 very well!

Incredibly Disappointing. This house needs some TLC.

We were a group of 7 adults, coming for a long weekend in Destin. We booked this house due to the location and bedroom setup - which was great - but all of us were incredibly shocked at how absolutely filthy the place was. Some highlights: - Cobwebs on the lighting - Dead flies on the floor - A sticky film on the counters, the appliances, and the welcome packet. - Scuffed up walls, baseboards, furniture - Stained, dirty slipcovers on the kitchen chairs - Dirty dishes and cookware (found IN the cabinets!) -Stained bed linens and carpets Not to mention the broken, ill-equipped stock: - No trashcan in the upstairs bathroom - Dead batteries in the TV remotes - Broken garage door (would not close from the outside) - Lack of household basics - scissors, salt/pepper, olive oil. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is being spent on, but it certainly isn't cleaning. We were all incredibly disappointed and would not recommend a stay here - aside from the great location, this house is below par so many others in the area. Spend your money elsewhere!

We had a wonderful vacation with our extended family and would definitely stay here again! The property is very well-kept and adorable, and it is located in a cute neighborhood with other upscale rental homes.I do think the pictures online are a little misleading, as they were probably taken some time ago. The furnishings are the same, but there is some wear from years of rentals, so the property does not appear quite as new in person as it does in the pictures.One thing to keep in mind is that the neighborhood is rather large, and everyone uses the same public beach access. Because of this, the beach can become very crowded. We got up and set up our tent by 7:00 a.m. each morning to make sure we had a spot for our family. The beach entrance is easily accessible and within walking distance, just as listed. The golf cart was great!A few things to note inside the house: The ice maker listed is the one built into the refrigerator. It produces about 10 cubes a couple of times a day, so you will likely need to purchase additional ice for cups and coolers. Also, as another visitor mentioned, the dryer does not dry clothes very well, so just be mindful of that.The rental company was wonderful to work with. They responded promptly when we texted about an issue and even checked in with us the next day. We were very impressed with their customer service.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location. The neighborhood is super cute and great for bike riding! The beach is a short bike ride or golf cart ride away with two public beach access points very close. There is also a grocery store less than 5 minutes away which is convenient if you forget anything. Great place to stay!
