There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Location was great, amazing view, very clean room. Could use some updates but nothing major. Cleaning staff was friendly and wonderful to interact with. Front desk staff can’t say the same, everyone encountered at front desk was rude and not friendly whatsoever

There were good and not so good moments.

We did not like the dogs had to go in the fake grass beside the parking lot to pee/poop when there are giant grass areas that say no pets allowed. We saw those in the pictures before the trip and thought our pet had a good place to go. We really liked the balcony. We did need maintenance each day for the rooms and that was inconvenient.

This particular unit itself was great. The building could use a lot of work. The outside pool was a bit dirty. The vending machine took my money twice, and the property manager (front desk) declined to assist. I want to point out the front desk staff was very friendly. The DVD player in our unit was seemingly broken, so the Maintenance crew promptly replaced it. We determined it wasn't actually broken, it was just hooked up wrong from a previous use. We didn't have dogs, but we observed many dogs onsite, and they had a small outdoor area for their potty breaks. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Myrtle Beach amusements and Ocean Drive nonsense, but close enough to get to and enjoy whatever we wanted to do. Overall, I'd recommend the unit for any future use for sure.

I loved the fact that the place is supposed to be smoke free and when you try to go out and sit on the balcony and enjoy the view you can’t stand it because of the Marijuana and cigarette smoke coming from the balconies below.

Perfect, affordable & next to the beach.

Building is in prime location, has parking, perfect walking distance to the beach with 2 pools and 2 spas inside and outside respectively. The apartment smelled clean upon arrival, we were given enough towels (not to be used in the beach), toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, cups, plates, forks, spoons. The apartment also had an iron, iron board, a broom and dustpan. *The only thing I wished they provided were pans for cooking, only had a baking sheet. We didn't cook in there as we mostly ate out. There is a Walmart grocery center nearby as well as convenience/liquor and souvenirs stores. Upon arrival, we received a text message to ensure the apartment cleanliness otherwise they could have someone take care of that. It is an older building, my guess it was in it's prime during the 80's however it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We used all facilities, indoor/outdoor pools and spas, laundry, underground parking, ice (on 5th floor) for our cooler. It's a dog friendly building so it can be a plus for you or not. While there, we used the laundry facility, costs 2 dollars to wash and/or dry, you will need quarters for that. My suggestions is to paint the cabinet in the bathroom as it's showing wear/tear and mold? Fix the ceiling paint as it's chipping Provide cooking pans Is just minor details but I recommend you to book here, fair price for all that is included, I would definitely be back.

Best Dog Friendly on the beach 🌮

Guy at front desk 4/25/22 had Excellent customer service qualities! They have made noticeable updates-I had great, very clean room on 9th floor. One suggestion would be to cover or paint plain wood cabinets in bathrooms đŸ€” Lobbies were kept very clean. Safe parking. Most guest are pet people so that I love. This is my forth stay and will be back!

Spring Break Fun

SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS ON THE FRITZ..AND IT WAS. JUST THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE DEAD OF SUMMER YET. ALSO KNOB ON BATHTUB FAUCET TO CHANGE TO SHOWER DID NOT WORK. $20 VBRO CHARGE ON TOP OF RAISED PRICES, REALIZED I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT STRAIGHT THROUGH THE HOTEL FOR $40 LESS A NIGHT.

Convenient and nice, but not immaculate

I stayed here over a weekend and it was a nice landing place for a quick get away. Pros: Nice location for Myrtle Beach and convenient to many things Clean bed linens Kind staff Inexpensive pricing Beautiful view Cons: Some dishes in cupboard were dirty Cooking utensils were dirty Some of the floor was dirty Neighbors smoked so balcony was unusable at times
