Everything was great! Wonderful condo with everything we needed. Loved the jacuzzi tub and spacious kitchen. Largest balcony we've ever had in a condo. Would return to this unit.

We always enjoy the Caribe. Staff is wonderful from the guard shack to the cleaning personnel.

Could have been better

We received text messages 5 hours prior to our check in saying our condo was ready however when we got there she wrap hours later it was still not clean their was dirty dish towels in the drawer in the kitchen and a half pack of cigarettes in the drawer the counters in the kitchen and the kitchen floor were both very sticky. The footboard on the bed was broken and the lamps in the bedroom are falling apart I called the front desk and reported this but never heard anything back also I left a key to our condo for my in-laws at the front desk with my name and their name and our room number as they arrived the day after we did when they showed up two different times they were told they didn’t have any keys for them so they gave up and rented their own place somewhere else however I knew for a fact they had keys set aside for them I watched them but them in an envelope just like they were asked to do and the following day I went down and asked for the keys and someone handed them to me to bad my in-laws were out money for a stay At island motel for a week other than all of the above our stay was ok hope to hear back Thanks Maranda Green

Graduation trip

Trip for my daughter’s graduation. She has high functioning autism. Only problem was second bedroom had light coming in through the shutters from outside hall. Voices carried especially kids. She is extremely sensitive to sound. Otherwise it was perfect. Oh and the ice machine in the bar wasn’t working and made noise so we turned it off.
