Great vacation stay

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great stay with family. Kids had a great time in the pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor space and full kitchen for meals. The management company was friendly and made check in and out easy. They were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay.

Perfect Getaway

House was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Very private/quiet location. Back yard was amazing. Spent all day long in the pool. House was a short 20-30 min drive from some amazing restaurants and bars.

Great house!

well maintained, well stocked with whatever one would need for a nice stay. Clean and spacious. Pool and back yard is truly an oasis! One of the best houses we have rented.

70th Birthday

Desert Oasis is a great home for a family vacation. Plenty of toys and a fantastic pool & patio. Home is lay out nicely giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. Close to markets and amusements parks. Highly recommend the property.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Many activities to do in the backyard for all guests. Quiet location too! Anytime we had a question, it was answered promptly. The only complaint was that we paid for pool heating and we did not feel that the pool stayed heated very well, which made it difficult for the smaller guests to enjoy. Overall, an excellent stay!

We rented this beautiful house to celebrate my 40th birthday. The layout was perfect for our group and we all had plenty of space! All the rooms were beautifully furnished, very clean and inviting. The outdoor living area was wonderful, we spend so much time in the pool, hot tub and outdoor seating area during our week long stay. The only down side was the thermostat in the master suite was having issues so my husband and I didn't sleep very comfortably during our stay due to being too warm. Other than that we would highly recommend booking this home!

Overall we had a great time and the amenities were great for our familyThere were some things overlooked upon checking in on the property that should have been done at this price point before our arrival ie there was a dead mouse and a lot of random bird feathers around and lots of leaves that we cleaned up with the leaf blower.In the end we got stuck with the bill for a broken oven knob (we let them know wasn’t working). We also lost steaks for 8 because the fridge wouldn’t keep temp.With all that said, we still had a great time and the home is fabulous. Well stocked with towels and games and the AC managed to keep us cool in 100 degree weather.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home, amenities, and overall stay. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property was fully cleaned and inspected before arrival, but as the home has an open backyard and desert landscaping, leaves and the occasional outdoor debris can appear between cleaning and check-in. The pool is serviced twice/week and we were not notified of a dead rodent and neither was it mentioned by our pool tech. More than likely is was quickly addressed as we did not know of this. The refrigerator was checked during your stay and found to be working; however, as soon as you notified us it was not working, we quickly had a back up fridge in the garage for you to use the same day so no food would get spoiled while main fridge was being repaired. The oven knob was functional prior to arrival and was damaged during your stay, which is why the cost was billed after checkout via insurance plan through VRBO. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you were able to enjoy the home.

Great Family Property

We had a family of 12 with three generations that stayed a week at this property. We all enjoyed our stay. It has so much to offer with something for everyone. The outdoor space is spacious and loaded with things to do as well as places to sit and relax. The basketball court was a huge hit with our family as well as the pool and spacious hot tub. We paid to heat the pool and covered it at night so the kids swam in it everyday and the hot tub was used by all the family. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone with loads of beach towels as well as bath towels. The laundry room came in handyfor keeping the towels clean and dry. We did have some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, which the management company address, but it did make it a bit inconvenient for us since we ordered our groceries for the entire week. The property is in a good location for getting places but we did not feel comfortable walking in the area because of the narrow roads and no sidewalks. Overall we had a memorable family vacation and the property offered us everything our family could have asked for.

Lots of potential, but needs a little TLC

This property has a lot of potential. It's layout is great for a larger group and perfect for families (as 2 of the 6 bedrooms share one washroom and 3 rooms share another washroom). The property is spacious and close to amenities like grocery stores. The outdoor area has lots of activities. The downside is the house was rundown. There were numerous things broken (including pool lights/bubblers, numerous cushion rips, broken coffee pot, garage door broke). The property manager was quick to respond to concerns and attempted to fix things as they could but a number of items remained unusable or broken throughout our stay. The kitchen is large and there was plenty of fridge and pantry space. We did find the kitchen though understocked in terms of dishes and regular kitchen tools. This required us to purchase a number of items for our stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this remarkable location, which offered a comprehensive range of amenities. However, there were a couple of issues that were not previously disclosed. We encountered a cockroach problem that required professional extermination, and one side of the oven was non-functional. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a delightful experience overall.

Thank you for your review. We're glad your family enjoyed the home and its many amenities. To clarify, the cockroach that was reported was found outside the home. While this can occasionally happen in Arizona, especially during warmer months, we had the property professionally sprayed the very next day as a precaution. Regarding the oven, the home is equipped with two ovens. One oven is dedicated to baking and is preset to 350 degrees, while the second oven is fully adjustable and can be set to 350 degrees or any other desired temperature.
