Enjoy the best of California wine country living in this grand, 4 bedroom, 4 bath estate home. The designer chef`s kitchen features a gorgeous waterfall island, top of the line appliances, and large farmhouse table.
Outside, the sparkling pool is nestled in the manicured back garden, with the best of Sonoma wine country just a short drive. Ideal for families traveling together. Come experience the tranquility of country life, just minutes from Healdsburg and Kenwood wineries and restaurants.
The house is spread over 3600 square feet, and features fun moments such as an outdoor putting area, sophisticated wine room, and great room with cozy fireplace.
BEDROOMS:
4 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable king bed allow for groups to be together, yet have privacy and quiet. Both Master suites have sliding doors to the patio.
KITCHEN:
The palatial chef`s kitchen is the heart of this entertainer`s dream. Beautifully outfitted with top quality appliances, a 14 foot waterfall kitchen island, walk-in pantry, wine fridge, crisper drawers, warming oven, and deep farmhouse sink- the kitchen is a masterpiece. There is no ice dispenser at the property so please bring your own ice if required.
BATHROOMS:
4 full bathrooms, tastefully finished and beautifully styled. The primary bathroom features a free-standing soaking tub, separate walk- in shower, double sinks, and designer tiles. The second and third bathrooms feature shower over tub configurations, and the Second Master Bath features a walk in shower.
UNHEATED POOL, HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT, AND OUTDOOR DINING:
Designed for outdoor lounging, the comfortable chaise lounges welcome guests to relax and enjoy the best of California living. The unheated pool and fire-pit area comfortably seats 10 guests. The unheated pool and hot tub are professionally serviced at least weekly.
WORK FROM HOME:
The house features high speed WIFI and 2 desks.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood above downtown Santa Rosa. 10 minute stroll to Cafe des Croissantes for morning coffee , fabulous lattes, and delicious baked treats. Less than a mile from shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind. Do not book this house for bachelorette type events, showers, birthdays or any similar loud celebrations. They cause parking and noise issues for the neighbors, excessive cleaning for the maintenance team, and extra garbage and wear and tear. We have lovely neighbors: please be mindful of them (Outdoor Amplified sound/music is prohibited at all times.).
(Please check with me in advance if you want to host a few friends for a meal- generally that is OK but you do need to let us know when you book). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Guests have access to the entire property
We live close by and will occasionally be by to check on the garden.
Quiet residential neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, 15 to Healdsburg, 15 to Sonoma, 30 minutes from St Helena. Please note that our neighbors do not like loud groups. Do not book this home if you are going to have a party!
A car is required. There is parking for 4 cars only at the property. Please limit your group to 4 cars only, and please kindly refrain from parking in front of neighbors.
1) Pool is not Heated. Pool is NOT FENCED. May not be suitable for young children and non-swimmers.
2) Wintertime can be cool and rainy, and the outdoor chairs may be wet during rainy season, even though they are covered.
3) Absolutely NO LOUD PARTIES OF ANY KIND. Do NOT book for Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekends, showers, or birthday type events. Owners live 5 minutes away and keep a close eye on the property. Very kind neighbors live close to the house and sleep early- be mindful and respectful of them!
4) The house will have 4 king beds ready for you. We do not provide a closet of extra sheets, pillows, blankets for guests to take extras as it creates too much additional work for our cleaning team, and mountains of extra laundry. If you need extra bedding, please bring with you.
5) If you are looking for a chic and sophisticated home close to Sonoma, Healdsburg and the wineries for your relaxing family vacation, then this is a great fit for you. If you are looking to party, your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
Please note that we will not be able to give refunds or date changes beyond our cancellation policy. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WILL COVER YOU AGAINST CANCELLATIONS IN RELATION TO COVID. Thank you for understanding!
DOG: 1 Well Behaved, House Broken dog is welcome with the pet fee and damage deposit. Make sure to pick up after your pet outside. Any additonal cleaning, poop removal or othe extraordinary cleaning will be charged against the damage deposit.
Please be mindful of our lovely neighbors.
Max daytime guests: Maximum of 9 daytime guests allowed (including registered guests).
Parking: There are 5 dedicated off-street parking spots available for this property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Noise / Music: No outdoor amplified music allowed at any time. Please keep the music and noise level reasonable at all times.
All cars must be parked on the driveway or in front of our property. Do not park in front of neighboring properties.
No smoking, Vaping, or marijuana use inside the home. Smoke odor removal costs (including drapery/upholstery cleaning and ozone machine rentals) will be charged against the security deposit should any evidence of indoor smoking be found.
Pricing: The base price includes accommodations for up to five people, after 5 guests, there is a extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: No unauthorized guests, visitors, friends, or family allowed on the property. This is for the health, safety, peace, and tranquility of our home and neighborhood. If you want to have visitors, please discuss with me in advance. Accurate guest count may be verified by outdoor cameras.
PARTY FINE: Throwing an unauthorized party or loud gathering of any kind will result in $100 per person fines and could result in forfeiture of your entire security deposit. This includes neighbor complaints to Airbnb about noise/excess people, or evidence of unannounced extra guests/visitors on the outdoor cameras. (This is per Airbnb`s Party Rules, effective 8/20/2020).

Guest acknowledges that use of the pool facilities involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from the possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
âą I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all
possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the PL allowing me to utilize the pool and pool areas, I hereby agree to the
conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner,
its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the
âReleasesâ) relating to my use of the pool and pool area;
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense,
or other costs that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of
the Releases pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE
PART OF THE RELEASES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASES from any and all liability to property,
or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area
4. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the
property. If under 18, a parent/ guardian must sign before use alone and membership must
reflect the use of each participant. Guests must also have a waiver.
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and
binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone
else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by booking this property, I am
waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the Releases, and I fully agree.
