Loved!

This is the place to stay when visiting OBX. Definitely the nicer side of the area with gorgeous views of the marina, but just minutes to the beach. The pool was awesome and downtown Manteo was adorable. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great for the Family

The condo was in a great location, very clean and had nice amenities. Our group was three adults who each had their own room and a nice living room for visiting together.

Great Family Vacation

The place was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed when cooking in several evenings. The patio looking out over the marina was very nice-- and a great place to relax while drinking coffee each morning. We had a wonderful trip!

Everything we hoped for!

We loved Offshore Addiction. It's an open, light beautifully decorated, spacious condo with a lovely balcony. We enjoyed being at the marina and having access to the docks and pool. Nice location near Nags Head too and close to the fabulous Jeannette's pier at the ocean. Our son uses a wheelchair and the access for us was terrific. We hope to come back again!!

Rough start with check in - Place wasn't ready

My family drove 12 hours from Ohio - upon arrival we planned to check in right at 4p but couldn't get a hold of the owner through VRBO. After being exhausted from the drive, and another few hours went by we finally were able to get a hold of the owner, but the condo wasn't ready for us. Owner thought we were checking in on the 6th but reservation was made for the 5th. We gained access to the condo, dirty from the previous vacationers. We made the best of it, bought cleaning products and detergent so we could wash sheets and towels. The owner was able to get the cleaners there the following day in the afternoon. Not the greatest experience. The photos are accurate, and the location is great, the condo is very nice!! Just wish there was better communication with the owner. I had his phone number, we also received a parking notice that we would be towed, after calling the guard house we were told, we needed a visitor pass, no communication about that during the booking process, but we figured it out. I texted the owner but never received a response. The Blue Water Grill has amazing food and the pool was very nice, loved watching the boats coming/going in the marina,great area for sure!!

Summer Vacay 2022

Our family absolutely loved this property. The location was great and the property was beautiful. We had plenty of room to spread out and hangout. Loved seeing the boats and the pool was a great option. We would highly recommend to friends and family and we would definitely go back! I will also note that the property owners are 100% responsive and helped us find our daughter's baby blanket that we left behind! ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was absolutely amazing the location was great and we enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer. Sabrina was a great host very responsive to questions and gave us great ideas on what to do while we were here. Definitely will be back!

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Condo was even nicer in-person than the pictures on VRBO. Great location close to everything in Nagshead/Manteo and Pirates Cove is very well managed/maintained. We will be back!

Beautiful condo facing marina

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful, open condo, with tasteful decor, at/facing the marina and bridge in Manteo. It is close to the main road and a short walk to bait shop, restaurant, tennis courts, and pool. And it’s a quick drive over the bridge to the public beach at Jeanette’s Pier in Nags Head. We enjoyed the town of Manteo as well, shops, museum, restaurants, and a brewery. We needed a place for family to get together and had few options last minute during summer. Grateful for this lovely place that easily fit all of us. Thanks!

Beautiful Condo & Excellent Communication

This condo is truly gorgeous! We were pleasantly surprised to learn both master bedrooms now have king size beds. The condo is well furnished and has plenty of space. Owner was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay - including a prompt response with a repair while there. Would definitely recommend or stay again!

Spacious multi-family condo, centrally located

Super spacious, plenty of room. Community is full of very nice people. Great pool, the clubhouse has nightly/daily events as well. Might not be on the beach but great central location to almost anything you’d want to do. The place was well stocked with towels, seasonings, beach toys etc. very easy to feel right at home. Only negative would be the bridge you look out at. The noise/traffic didn’t bother us too much but it was definitely there (and only noticeable on the balcony). Would definitely stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Family get together

Plenty room to be together or have smaller groups of us doing different activities. Minutes from the beach (drive), great local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities… perfect vacation spot for seven adults!

We absolutely loved the condo! Excellent location! It was walking distance to the restaurant, pool and docks. The coastal decor was a nice touch for the setting. We plan to visit again.

getaway so it stays well maintained. It is spacious and has an awesome view!

This property has a great view of Pirates Cove Marina and is in walking distance of the famous Bluewater Restaurant and the pool and hot tub. Minutes away from beautiful Nags Head Beach to the north and to the town of Manteo to the South. This is a well kept condo overlooking the marina 3 big bedrooms one has six single beds for kids or a charter group. The other two rooms boast King beds. There is a cozy reading room that looks out over the docks and a full kitchen!

Pirates Cove is a resort! You have pools, fitness, volleyball, fishing, hot tubs, restaurants and tennis courts! You are minutes away from the beach, shopping and dining!
