COMPLETELY REMODELED pet friendly canal-front condo in Pirate's Cove Resort with beautiful sunset views. This completely remodeled condo features 2 Master Bedrooms!
The remodel - finished in Spring of 2020 features a brand-new kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and marble counter tops. All new furnishings and fresh paint throughout, with crown molding and more modern coastal decor. New 52" mounted flat-screen TVs in each master and the den.
The Master Suite features a King bed and private entrance to the furnished covered deck. The Upstairs Suite has 2 Queen beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people. Additional downstairs bedroom is decorated island-style and features a Full bed and mounted TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a Day bed and TV as well.
Amenities include 6 brand-new mounted TVs (52" in living room and one in each bedroom, plus alcove and kitchen), WiFi connection, covered deck with furniture, ceiling fans, new outside shower, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Property is a short distance from Ship's Store, on-site restaurant (BlueWater Grill), neighborhood pool, tennis courts and club house. Stunning views of preservation land (marsh), canal and pond. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum. The condo is a Vacation-My-Way property so there is a 3-Night minimum for the property, excluding the 2nd full-week of August which has a 7-night requirement. A 30' dock space is available at Sextant Canal #204.
