Sextant Village 204, Quiet Townhouse in the Pirate's Cove Resort

COMPLETELY REMODELED pet friendly canal-front condo in Pirate's Cove Resort with beautiful sunset views. This completely remodeled condo features 2 Master Bedrooms!

The remodel - finished in Spring of 2020 features a brand-new kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and marble counter tops. All new furnishings and fresh paint throughout, with crown molding and more modern coastal decor. New 52" mounted flat-screen TVs in each master and the den.

The Master Suite features a King bed and private entrance to the furnished covered deck. The Upstairs Suite has 2 Queen beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people. Additional downstairs bedroom is decorated island-style and features a Full bed and mounted TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a Day bed and TV as well.

Amenities include 6 brand-new mounted TVs (52" in living room and one in each bedroom, plus alcove and kitchen), WiFi connection, covered deck with furniture, ceiling fans, new outside shower, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Property is a short distance from Ship's Store, on-site restaurant (BlueWater Grill), neighborhood pool, tennis courts and club house. Stunning views of preservation land (marsh), canal and pond. Parking for 3 vehicles maximum. The condo is a Vacation-My-Way property so there is a 3-Night minimum for the property, excluding the 2nd full-week of August which has a 7-night requirement. A 30' dock space is available at Sextant Canal #204.

Want a golf cart to use during your stay? This townhome has one! It is $75/day or $500 for the week. Please let us know when booking and we would be happy to arrange this!

Wonderful location and enjoyed our stay. My grandson loved access to the canal for fishing and we could watch him from the deck. We have been going to Pirate’s Cove for over 30 years. A great place for families that’s close to the beach,The only issue was renting the owner’s golf cart that had issues and couldn’t be fixed. We ended up renting from Atlantic Rentals but lost 3 days of the week rental due to waiting to see if the owner’s could be repaired.

Deep sea fishing trip

The condo was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the deck with the wind blowing and frogs croaking. The beds slept very well especially after a long day of deep sea fishing. We walked to the fabulous restaurant on the property. We would love to come and stay again!

Review of our week stay

The property and neighborhood were beautiful. We needed to be near Jeanettes Pier for a surf competition and it was quick drive over the bridge. The property had plenty of space, beds were comfortable, and loved the location on the creek (beautiful view!) A few things I did not like- I did not receive communication for a check in update so had to reach out to find out how to check in. Staff was not very friendly upon arrival - actually quite rude - and we were also upset to find out they did not provide a cooler, beach towels, or chairs. This was not in the description but we have stayed many places over the years and this is usually provided for a beach stay. We had a packed car with three kids, two dogs, and surf boards and it would have been nice to have those things to use since it is a coastal area. My biggest issue was that someone came into our rental at 445am the morning of our checkout. The group said they wanted to check in early and had a pass and the code to the door. They smelled of alcohol and had a case of beer. Very frightening for us! We had extended our trip by one day and I guess staff did not notify the next guest? Not a fun wake up call!

Pirates Cove

We had a pleasant experience for our first trip to the Outer Banks, which was assisted by our accommodations at Pirates Cove! The location and proximity of the condo was perfect. The condo itself was clean and well equipped however, we had to purchase trash bags, and the back door handle needs to be tightened. Overall, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice place, but could use a cleaning

This three bedroom condo worked great for my family of four + my mother. It was beautiful and the location was very convenient. We liked being close to Nags Head and also to downtown Manteo. The marsh is beautiful. We enjoyed walking along the channel. Having access to a pool was nice, but the water was cloudy and the bottom needed vacuuming. There were quite a few instances of the unit needing a better cleaning. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, there were crumbs on the couch, and there were sticky spots on the banisters. We found a fake fingernail on the carpet, and dead dragonflies on the floors. Our bedroom trash hadn't been emptied. Even still, we enjoyed our visit.

Sextant condo

The property was great and the kitchen was well equipped but there was no broom or vacuum. I went out and bought a broom and dust pan. You can't go a week without having to sweep the sand out of the floors or sweep the kitchen.

Perfect Layout

We enjoyed our stay, the property accommodated my family perfectly. Love the decor, location and amenities! Pirates Cove is a spectacular place to stay.
