The house sets just steps to your own boat dock with swimming platform. Main channel view of the lake but set a few houses back in our wide cove for safe swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating.

From the double layer deck or within the comfort of this newly remodeled and updated spacious home filled with high ceilings & windows, everyone has a place to unwind, relax, play, cook and eat. The multi-level home with five bedrooms, five baths, high-end kitchen overlooking the lake, living & dining room and study allow privacy as well as gathering spaces.

Sanctuary at Cedar Creek sits within a gated community with direct access to fishing and water sports from your back yard. Guests staying here within Hot Springs Village have access to 9 golf courses, tennis & pickle-ball courts within the community. Also enjoy The Village's miles of wooded trails for biking and hiking.

We absolutely loved spending our family Spring Break at this home. It was clean, well maintained and had absolutely everything we wanted for a fun week. Hosts were great and communicated well throughout our stay.The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and the lake.

Everything was great!! Love the house!I did have one of the guys staying downstairs said he could hear what he thought were rats in the wall, and the garage doors I below tripped a breaker or GFI( looked was not able to find either. The first two doors would work by manually open each.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for the feedback. We have never had any issues with "rats" in the walls but there are plenty of squirrels on the property! We will have our pest control company investigate just to be sure. We'll also have maintenance check the garage doors as well. Thank you again for staying!

Our family visited this beautiful home for a second time and we LOVE it! It has very easy access, the drive in the area is just so beautiful and relaxing and the view from the house across the lake is just amazing. We have stayed in a number of vacation homes and this is our favorite!

We chose this house based on size and location (it was the gathering spot in the Hot Springs area for 14 family members), and found more than a house. It was a beautiful home! Everything was perfect… we would have loved to stay much longer! Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our golf trip with customers. Had 10 guys with plenty of sleeping arrangements and room for everyone to have there own spaces between 3 floors. House was very clean and had super cold A/c on all levels. Having a pellet smoker and a charcoal grill lakeside was an added bonus! We will consider this property again for our next trip.

Perfect getaway

Everything about the property is so nice. It is clean and all the pictures and amenities are very accurate. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. Our friends got together for a golf trip and stayed at this property for 2 consecutive years and will stay again if we come back to HSV. Our host Adel is quick to respond and very nice.

This house was real good for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location and amenities are basically as described. Kitchen appliances and tools could use some updates. Had to get creative for some items.

Great vacation rental

This house and location has everything my family loves to do. Swimming off the dock, boating, a wonderful beach nearby, pickle ball, ping pong, movie watching at night with popcorn, roasting s'mores on the firepit. My kids had a blast!
