Unité au deuxiÚme étage au calme. Grande chambre avec canapé-lit en cuir et fauteuil inclinable. Téléviseur LCD mural. Table de salle à manger de belle taille. Cuisine avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris une cafetiÚre et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Salle de bain récemment rafraßchie. avec une belle baignoire de jardin. La chambre a un lit king size et un dressing.

Grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et la pelouse verte. SituĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Foothills Golf Club; Le Club West Golf n'est qu'Ă  quelques kilomĂštres. À 10 minutes du golf Troons Whirlwind, du casino Wild Horse Pass, du Firebird International Raceway & Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. Un nouveau YMCA est juste en bas de la route, ou utilisez le centre de fitness sur place. C'est un endroit parfait pour des vacances, une rĂ©installation d'entreprise ou toute autre raison pour profiter de notre vallĂ©e du soleil.

Great location in the Foothills. Beautiful pool. Mountain views close to hiking trails. Close parking spot. Really enjoyed my stay. Host was great with all instructions.

Condo is close to a great golf course, Foothills Golf Club. Unit has great access to 202, I-10 and PHX airport. Owner has great response time.

Long stay

The property and adjacent amenities are perfect for short or long stays. I stayed a month and felt at home. Covered parking a plus in July. Communication was easy and consistent. Plenty of places to eat, shop and play within short drives, some within walking distance.

A Good time in the Foothills.

Doug is a wonderful host. The condo is very cozy and well stocked and the community is welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed how accessible the condo is to the main freeways. There are beautiful hiking trails, stores and restaurants close by and a beautiful park within walking distance. The pools and fitness center, grill areas, and beautiful pond added to a beautiful stay. Thank you! Chuck and Kathy

Great condo to stay at for longer periods of time

I was here for the summer for a little over two months. The condo is very clean, and is well stocked in terms of cookware, appliances, and cleaning supplies. Doug was also very responsive and was always able to help me with what I needed. It was a great stay, and I had basically no complaints. Long or short stay, book this place, it’s awesome.

Home away from home!!

We felt we were home away from home. It was clean and cozy. It had everything that you would possibly need for supplies.The bed was super comfortable and there was a nice view of the pool. We definitely want to stay again. 5 star for sure.

Beautiful property

The owner (Doug) has a beautiful condo at the Foothills, AZ. All the appliances and furniture we're of excellent quality and the view from the porch overlooking the swimming pool which is heated is beautiful. The South Mountain is in total view of the windows. I would highly recommend anybody interested in staying at this condo to do so. Doug I hope you let me come back soon.

Make sure nothing goes wrong!

Y’all. Let. Me. Tell. You. It was a wonderful stay until
 there was water in the bathroom. His bathroom got some water on the ground that cause a leak in the unit below. The calls. The people coming in and out of the apartment. And seemingly a resolved non-issue. But a week after I leave. This guy hits me with a $200 fine. For “overflowing the sink”. I wasn’t even using the bathroom!!! What does that even mean? Who does that anymore? There was no reason he should have thought that! And then he accused me of lying. I was mad insulted. I have the insurance through vrbo that covers it. THANKFULLY! But if you stay here be ready!!!! It’s all good until he needs to pay for something :( But tbh other than that it was pretty chill. The pool is nice and hardly anyone was ever there.

Lovely apartment.

The bed was comfy, the apt was very nice & cozy & access to the clubhouse was great. It was well equipped with dishes, pans, washer & dryer. Overall it was a great place to stay. On the downside the TV was a bit difficult to manage. Too many remotes; no instructions to get cable to DVD input. It was confusing. A few things that need attention: Toilet head needs to be fixed; change out flush valve & rubber washer in tank.

Very nicely equipped one bedroom condo in a great location. Short walk to the pool and fitness center. Doug was great to deal with, excellent communication, very accommodating. Highly recommend this rental.

Liked this quiet condo with pool and mountain views. Owner was extremely quick to respond to any of our needs which were few as the unit had everything we would want.

Great stay in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Loved the complex, especially the pool! The area was quiet and easy to get to off a major road. We had pretty much everything we needed provided in the condo. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owner. Great experience!
