Upon entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by the beautiful sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the outdoors indoors in. The living room features oversized couches and an elevated tile fireplace, perfect for cozying up with a cup of hot cocoa. The open dining area and large kitchen island offers plenty of room for your entire party to gather around and enjoy food and drinks. Ashwood is the perfect base camp for your Sunriver adventure.



This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. An open dining area and large kitchen island, perfect for entertaining and prepping meals. The bedrooms include a king bed in the main room, a queen in the second, and a bunk bed in the third. In the loft are books, a TV, couch, and card table. This home does not have air conditioning.



This charming two-story home is nestled amongst the pines, includes a private hot tub on the back deck, ping pong table in the garage, bikes, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. You’ll love arriving at this home and not needing to get back in the car, with its easy access to the 35+ miles of paved walking and bike trails! Ideally located just a short bike ride from your favorite Sunriver attractions, such as Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic Center, The Village at Sunriver, and Fort Rock Park. This home puts Sunriver at your fingertips to explore daily and create memories.
