Conveniently located by Ventura Country Club Golf course, golf/batting ranges, restaurants, MCO airport, & main roads: SR 436, 417, 408, 528, among others. First floor, with open floor plan kitchen, living & three-seat dining area. Fully equipped property with parking just a few steps from unit, has: TV, internet, coffee maker & all you need to experience like home.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Apartment war sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Man bekam Empfehlungen und bei Fragen konnte man jederzeit fragen und sie waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Siedlung ist sehr ruhig.

March Ventura Stay

This is the first time we have booked a rental thru Vrbo. Everything went smoothly. The pictures of the property were exact, the place was clean, and it was a very nice neighborhood. It is located within a very secure gated community. There is a Club House, beautiful pool, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, and a restaurant all within walking distance within the gated community. The Orlando airport is about 15 minutes . The place is small, but is a great find. It felt like we were at a beautiful resort area. If ever in Orlando again, this is my spot!

The property was very clean, quiet and had all that we required for our stay. Tony went out of his way to help us in anyway he could. Great accommodations for a short stay.

Beautiful unit. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was warm and welcoming. He answered any questions promptly. It was truly a home away from home experience. We will be returning for sure and will recommend this unit to all our friends and family!

Good Things Come in Small Packages

Very quiet and peaceful and immaculately maintained inside and out. Small quarters, fine for 2-4 days stay, but not for 19-day stays like ours. No washer & dryer, no toaster, TV difficult to watch because of high wall mount...but again ideal for short stays only. Temperature cannot be adjusted, since controlled from owner's quarters on premises. Premium host deserves his title, being very cooperative & helpful. Well priced for budget-conscious traveler.

Lovely, Clean and Comfy Place with very Responsive Property Manager!

Had a great stay here! The place is just like you see in the pictures. It’s very clean and very well-equipped. It’s situated in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Our host Tony was very responsive to all of our questions from start to finish. Parking across the house was very easy. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Ventura in Orlando

We went to Orlando to attend our daughter's graduation from UCF. We just really needed a place to sleep and chose Ventura. Let me just say, it was perfect for us! The two room apartment is attached to the main house with its own private entrance. The home is in a gated community (a nice surprise!) and is very well kept. The yard is pristine, just like the apartment. The path to the door is well lit. The neighborhood is quiet. The front room has a couch, television and a kitchenette with fridge, sink, two burner cook top and microwave. There is also a dinette table. It is well equipped, although we did not cook there. We appreciated the coffee pot rather than a Keurig. Coffee and filters were supplied. The bathroom had a nice sized shower. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The thing we loved the most was the fact that this place was SO CLEAN! We are very picky about this and Ventura did not disappoint. It was about a 20 min drive to UCF. Probably about 35 mins to Disney. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you Tony!

Perfect stay for two

The area was nice and peaceful. The owners were very kind and made the booking process very easy and have explicit details. The rental was very clean and there was just enough space for two people to move about comfortably. The bed very stiff and not all that comfortable, but overall, great for a short stay.
