Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf. The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy!
Condo 4-702 is located in Tower 4 on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Great location and views

Beautiful condo with beautiful views. The location is great, as its close to everything within walking distance. The condo was provided with everything we needed. We loved the double balcony too. We will definitely stay here again.

The decor for this condo was beautiful!The contact person was great overall. The only flaw was regarding the pizza box trash toward the end. I never received a response on what to do.Con: when you pass through the gate to go to the beach, there is a cat that was present around the gate area each time. When

Wonderful Time At The Beach

The booking and check-in process were seamless and very smooth and the condo was spotless! Everything from the Hosts (Kelly and Farah) to the amenities were perfect and the overall experience was exceptional. An example of the service was, the condo we initially reserved had an air conditioning problem which was not going to be resolved in time for our check-in. Farah contacted me two days ahead of time to notify me as well as move us to another tower with the same Gulf-front view and included chair and umbrella service for our troubles. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

PCB 4th of July

This condo was beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The view of the Emerald Coast was amazing and the water was so clear and calm. The smaller pool away from the main busier pool was very nice. Staff was cleaning every morning. Only suggestion would be a better mattress and pillows. But we had a wonderful stay.

Great Spot to get Away

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Panama n City Beach celebrating our anniversary. The condo was really nice, clean and the balcony was a favorite spot to watch the waves and see Dolphins. The host was very friendly and responded promptly if we had questions and to check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would highly recommend! If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.

Serenity at the Beach

An absolutely serene place to unwind and relax...solo or no more than two. This condo inside and out is well maintained. This has decidedly been my go-to as a third time visitor. I was hoping the small but carefully decorated home-away-from-home's cleanliness and upkeep of the condo would be the same and I was pleasantly satisfied! Farah, the property host was and has always been very prompt and courteous each stay...thank you!

Perfect beach condo

The condo was lovely. Just like the pics. View is incredible. Love the balcony across the entire back. We spent most of our time out there having coffee & cocktails at the outdoor table enjoying the constant breeze & wonderful ocean roar. The space is all you need w/ a kitchen, living room & nice master bedroom. Everything was updated. Farah was great - very responsive & helpful. Would love to come back again.

Perfectly sweet spot

A little taste of paradise!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. Quick response to any questions we had. We so enjoy sitting on the balcony with the high top table and chairs. You can see dolphins daily from the balcony or on the beach. I saw stingrays daily on my morning walks. We had a wonderful week! Thanks for everything! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay


Wow! Such a beautifully decorated, comfortable condo
 right out of Coastal Living magazine. We so enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and beautiful sunsets as well as soft pink skies with the moon in the morning. The balcony had comfortable seating where you could just sit and enjoy the view and sound of the waves
 so relaxing. Saw dolphins and stingrays swimming in the shallow waters. Easy to get down to the beach or the pools. Communication with the property manager was easy. The condo was close to shopping, Pier Park, Publix, Walmart, lots of restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed the Sea Screamer Dolphin cruise! We couldn’t have stayed in a better place! Will not hesitate to stay here again for future visits.
