The Space:

Welcome to Moore Time at the Beach by Kismet Properties of 30A!

This 1,778-square-foot condo has been meticulously decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. The open living area is furnished with plenty of seating for the whole group, centered on a 65" Smart TV above a gas fireplace — perfect for cool evenings. Step out onto the oversized patio to take in views of the surrounding nature preserve. What makes this home truly one of a kind is its access to Sanctuary at Redfish's complimentary pontoon water taxi, which ferries guests across Redfish Lake to a private beach access from March through October — a scenic, memorable start to any beach day.

A complimentary pontoon "water taxi" ferries guests across Redfish Lake to Sanctuary at Redfish's private beach access, March 1 – October 31 (roughly a few minutes each way). 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are included for guest use during that same window — tents are not permitted at the beach access.

What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
