This 3-bedroom 3.5 bath condo has been meticulously decorated with luxury and comfort in mind. The Master Bedroom is fitted with a King Bed and En-suite bathroom that boasts a large walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a private bathroom. The Bunk Room is furnished with custom built bunk beds and one full size bed.



The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a convection oven. The open living space is furnished with enough seating for the whole family! A 65” Smart TV is above our gas fireplace which is perfect for a movie on those cool evenings. Our oversized patio overlooks the nature preserve and is the perfect spot to lounge or enjoy a meal outdoors.



Moore Time at the Beach was built with your family in mind. Fireplace in Living Room, Large Patio, Jacuzzi Tub in Master, Lake & Beach Access, TV in every room, underground garage parking, HEATED POOL! Water Taxi Service to the beach (March – October). This one-of-a-kind pontoon ride allows guests to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Emerald Coast, while conveniently shuttling them to Sanctuary at Redfish private beach access!

Located in the Sanctuary At Redfish on 30A. Sanctuary at Redfish provides a wide selection of prime amenities. The expansive pool deck features three swimming pools, two hot tubs, and private pool cabanas. Two outside grills and a large fire pit provide an outdoor dining experience. At the lake, there is a covered dock where guests can relax, fish or board the pontoon boat (March - October) for a scenic unique boat ride through the lake to the beach. The resort also boasts a fitness center and covered parking.

Sanctuary at Redfish is located on the West end of 30A- close to popular Beach Communities of Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton, and Seaside. This spectacular resort is situated on Redfish Lake and is surrounded by pristine nature preserve. The amenities of this gated community include 4 resort style pools, 2 hot tubs, dock access to Redfish Lake with kayak rentals, fully equipped fitness center, and a water taxi service to the beach (March – October). Bedding linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and spare light bulbs - Please do not take our linens or towels to the beach.



An initial supply of paper products; toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, trash bags. You may want to bring or buy extra as we do not furnish these products for your entire stay.



A fully equipped kitchen including a blender, wine opener, toaster, coffee pot, and all cooking utensils.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
