The double balconies that look past the lush vegetation on the property out to Big Redfish Lake and the emerald hue waters of the Gulf beyond; the warm interior replete with gold hardware; the Florida sun shining through the sliding glass doors on both levels - itâs Golden hour every hour at 3108.
The detail-oriented traveler will appreciate the many architectural features of 3108 including ten-foot ceilings with inset trays and curved walls that meet real hardwood and travertine floors on the first level. The completely outfitted kitchen, also on the first level, boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Finally, each of the four ensuite bedrooms (two of which are master suites with luxury bathrooms and balcony access) shines with modern coastal décor and designer furnishings. The second level penthouse suite encompasses the entire floor, and its completely private balcony makes it an ideal getaway for multiple families.
The convenience of having two master suites is just one of the bright spots of this South Walton vacation rental. Other perks include full laundry, gated entry to Sanctuary and location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Possibly the shiniest facet though is the sprawling pool deck tucked in along Big Redfish Lake. Fountains, palm trees and multiple pool and spas create an absolute oasis. And as a special treat just for Sanctuary guests, the white sands of the Gulf are just a boat ride away over Big Redfish Lake.
There are countless ways to relax without ever leaving the property. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and the untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. To get to the beach, itâs a relaxing stroll on tree covered walks, or for a more unique experience March through October pontoon ferry service is available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates you can enjoy 30-Aâs 16 mile long bike and running path which leads to boutiques, ice cream shops and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. No Pets.
