Girls trip and we loved Blue Heaven !! It was clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything you needed
 There is a view of the beach and a two minute walk out the door and your there. Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shops in walking distance. We do a girls trip every year and this was the best placed we ever stayed. We will be Back

This house was a great location to the heart of CB. Many restaurants and activities are within walking distance. The beach access is just across the street. The house was nice and had everything we needed.

Loved it! The layout was perfect - location was perfect. Close to boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Even though it was close to everything - still had a feeling of privacy. View from front balcony was great! Our college age kids had the privacy they needed, we had the privacy we needed! I even had my 4-year-old niece and nephew come down for the day and it was perfect for that age too as they could play on the beach all day and then play at the amusement park at night. I can't recommend this place enough!

The rental is directly across the street from beach access. Very clean and exactly as pictured. The only thing I would change is the lock to main door- very hard to see keypad in hallway- would switch to lit number lock. We hope to stay here again- it was perfect!

Spacious Family Home In the Heart of Carolina Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With its high ceilings and large rooms, this home gives your family the space you need to spread out. A main bedroom on each floor provides privacy. Large closets in the bedrooms and plentiful storage space in the kitchen frees the living areas from clutter. The covered deck off the living room is small, but the two bedroom covered decks are larger and accommodate more people.The location can't be beat for walking to the Veggie Wagon (and around the lake), the Boardwalk, and downtown Carolina Beach.The property management company goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Any issues that arise are handled immediately and with care. We've been renting from A1 Property Management since the business started, and they've always made us feel like family.

Wonderful property, tricky parking, great beach location

Well kept, clean and well stocked. Parking was a bit confusing, with other tenants from the other 3 units of the buildings constantly switching spots. Otherwise, great location by the beach and the boardwalk.

Great place! Great location!

Nice house with all the amenities and a great location. Short walk to beach and to boardwalk and restaurants. Only complaint is king size bed fitted sheet didn't fit mattress and kept coming off and wasn't great qualify. Sheets on queen beds were nice. Would return.

Wonderful All Around

The property manager was quick to respond and get a hold of. The minor things that came up was quickly addressed. The home was furnished fully with everything we needed. Decorated very comfortably and we loved the beach theme throughout the house. The location of this townhome was perfect. So close to the beach so we didn't have to worry about running back if we forgot anything.

Disappointing

As I emailed A1 Property Mgt, the cleanliness was less than desirable. There was back mold in the showers, trash & sand in the entry vestibule & and two appliances that broke during our stay. Their maintenance man was extremely prompt but failed to communicate status of repairs after repair men left (did nothing to fix). Had to endure one night without A/C when we thought broken unit was fixed! Unit needs a toaster

Maintenance Ruined Our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we arrived we were not alone in the driveway. Ladders and tarps and paint buckets and workers blocked the driveway and entry into the building. But thinking this was just an hour of inconvenience was not a reality. Though inside Blue Heaven was perfect... we became trapped inside. No balcony was without a ladder or worker nearby with their music blaring and banging and scraping sounds piercing our ears. 7:50am until 6:30pm every day of our stay. So sunrise to sunset we couldn’t fully enjoy Blue Heaven.White paint on the arm of clothing is a permanent reminder. The exit doorway being blocked every time we tried to exit. Blue Heaven was not heavenly unfortunately for us. Our vacation was stressed and we felt unable to fully relax with workers on every balcony and outer door. Feeling mostly frustrated with the whole experience.

It's an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk and the lake. We had plenty of space for our family. We found that the washing machine wasn't working properly and contacted the property manager. We received a reply immediately. A repair person was dispatched. A part had to be ordered so there was going to be a delay in repair. The property manager offered to come to the property to collect anything that needed to be laundered and return it to us clean. That offer made their commitment to customer service clear to us! We would love to stay at Blue Heaven again!

Very spacious and loved that every room had access to a bathroom and each room had a TV. 2 rooms had a private balcony access. We could park 3 cars at the house (1 in garage and 2 in driveway). Loved that all access to the home was via key pad or pad lock so we didn’t need to keep track of physical keys going back and forth to the beach. The beach access was directly across from the house. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much for the accommodations!
