Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Gross. Urine on the toilet rim, dirty washcloths on the floor and toothpaste spit in the sinks and on the mirror. The coffee provided was not pods, but open Folgers grinds. After seeing how the previous renters lived, we didn't want to test it so went to HEB for pods the first morning. The living room furniture is not comfortable so needed to watch TV in bed....should have just got a hotel room.

We also would have been happy to address the coffee supplies and any other concerns you were experiencing. We do wish you had contacted us while you were there, as we never want a guest to feel that they have to simply tolerate an issue or make alternative arrangements on their own. We are committed to making things right when concerns are brought to our attention. Great stay in Fredericksburg

The house was two blocks from main street, which was perfect. We were able to walk downtown to enjoy meals. The backyard had a nice fire pit which allowed us to enjoy smores one night. We recommend the house if you are taking your family to enjoy Fredericksburg.

Cute, clean property, fantastic location!

The house is really cute, nicely decorated and furnished. The size was great for two couples and we were able to walk to the restaurants and tasting rooms on Main Street. There’s a great propane fire pit out back which is awesome to sit around and chat while sipping on one of your local purchases and not smell like smoke afterwards. Would absolutely love to stay here again.
