Charming getaway with great location at Beach Dreams!

This cottage is very relaxing and comfortable. It is in Beach Center Village #239 within the Beach Dreams community. The colors are very soft and create a calming and peaceful environment. You get that at home feeling when you walk through the door. It has hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. The Living Room has a flat screen Smart TV. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and the other has a full bed. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa with a plug in blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a gas grill for those nights you want to cook in. There is a shared patio with two other cottages so you can enjoy eating outside. The 3-season porch is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or end of the day refreshments. This cottage is conveniently located across the street from the main pool area.

Please note: Linens and towels are not provided. There is an option to rent them if you prefer not to bring your own.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. It is a scheduled stop on the Wells Trolley line providing our owners and guests with the ability to travel Wells and its bordering towns with ease. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.
It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!

Family trip to Maine for my birthday.

Beautiful Community

The cottage was lovely with plenty of room for 5 adults. Directions for checking in and out were very clear. The community was very quiet with plenty of things to do with walking distance of the cottage; pool, game room, basketball…etc. cottage is in an excellent location to grocery stores, beaches, restaurants all within a small drive.

First time in Maine!

We were so excited to visit Maine! We loved the cottage! It was so cute, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved how Wells, Maine was so close to so many cool beaches, shops, and restaurants! Kathleen was so accommodating, quick to respond, and very helpful (the "Things To Do" spreadsheet was awesome)! We were extremely happy with our stay and with all that we were able to do and see! We will hopefully be able to visit again!

Great vacation home!

This cottage was in excellent condition overall, super clean and very welcoming. Great for small families (it was myself, my husband, and our toddler) and was relatively conveniently located along the coast. If we ever go back to Maine, we'd surely stay here again. Thanks!

Wells Cottage Vacation Stay

This cottage was the perfect location for me and my family to explore Ogunquit and Wells! I loved the gated community and the neighbors were very friendly. Kathleen was very responsive when I called her with any questions and she is very reasonable with prices!

4 night get away

We stayed four nights at this comfortable little cottage. Everything was wonderful. The only difficulty we had was with parking but that’s out of the control of the property manager. We had an issue with the refrigerator but we contacted Kathleen and she tried to solve the problem immediately. Unfortunately that was something out of her control. We were able to keep items cold in the freezer and with ice and a cooler. Kathleen and the owner were gracious and arranged to have a new fridge brought in asap. We didn’t let that ruin our time there as the area is simply beautiful. Drinks and food plentiful. Communication was easy with Kathleen. We enjoyed our time there and plan to be back next summer. Thanks to Kathleen for addressing our concerns and providing a welcome home away from home.

Nice cottage with great location

The cottage is part of a development of freestanding condo cottages. Most seem pretty identical for the most part. This one has minimal furnishings which maximizes the space which is great. It is easy walking distance to the pool area which is terrific and has a shared patio area but with the screened in porch you won’t really need it. Everything is clean and up to date if not cutting edge or luxury. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking bring a few extra utensils and measuring instruments. The property is located in the lower part of wells which means you’re minutes away from Ocgunquit and York in one direction and the rest of Wells and Kennebunk the other way, but the location is in a quiet stretch of Route 1 between everything which is great. Can be a bit challenging to take a left/head north on route 1 on a busy weekend but there are plenty of places to turn around if you go right. Lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby and the renter provides a nice list close to check in. Bedrooms a little small - we were able to squeeze in a pack and play between the bed and wall but just barely in one bedroom and then with enough space to walk by in the other - but couldn’t open the closet. But there is still plenty of room to be comfortable for a couple with a kid or two couples.
