Located in the beautiful community of Caldera Springs, 11 Caldera Cabin is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,004 sq. ft. home features a spacious main side with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The cabin also offers a connecting studio with a shared wall and locked interior-connecting door. Please call Sunriver Resort Reservations at 855-420-8206 if you are interested in combining this unit with the connecting studio for larger families.

Inside this luxurious one-story cabin, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with large windows, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and wood beam accents. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• Expansive views of Lake Obsidian
• Back patio with hot tub, grill, fireplace, furniture and beautiful views
• Open kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances
• Living room featuring comfortable seating, TV with DVD player and large gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Dining room table with seating for up to six with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Master suite with king sized bed and beautiful attached bathroom.
• 2nd bedroom featuring a king bed and attached bathroom
• Additional bedroom has a Pyramid bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath, and attached bathroom
• Office/den with couch and TV

• Garage parking for two cars and up to four cars can also be parked in the driveway

The home itself was very clean and attractive. We enjoyed the open kitchen/living space and the view of the pond. It was next to some wonderful walking paths as well. The kitchen had adequate pots and pans, though it didn’t have many serving dishes or even a salad bowl. There were some spices in the cupboard, but I would recommend bringing what you think you will need if you plan to cook. Often, when we rent a home, we find that there are some kitchen items that are helpful, like plastic wrap and foil. This home did not have any extra items like these, so I bought some and left them for the next guests. The only other thing I would note is that the pillows were very large and overstuffed. We had difficulty sleeping with them.

Very nice place , easy check in and out, dogs loved the patio, had a fun few days… love the area have stayed in caldera at least once a year for about 10 years…
