Great space for visitors

It was perfect place to fit all our family comfortably to sleep - one king bed with own restroom and room with queen and shared restroom With twin bed room. Spacious place. Decor dated but otherwise good.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach, steps from a huge pool and minutes from the ocean. Everything we needed was there, just like home. Already plan on coming back next year!

Decent property needs some upgrades. Handyman could fix a lot of of that stuff in a couple days.

Great Area

Negatives: Had a strong musty smell like it had been shut up for a while. It really needed a good deep cleaning. Several of the outlets were loose and did not work properly.Positive: It needed a deep cleaning, but it was not filthy. It was a super cute condo, in a great area, just a short, easy walk to the beach. The place was well lit, and we felt very safe.

Needs some tlc

Needs a deep clean. Dishwasher backs up into sink. Garbage disposal does not work. All the food from the dishwasher backs up into the sink. Handle in bathroom is broken. It just comes off. Bottom lock on front door knob is broken. Need instructions for the tv remotes. Tracks on shower doors need cleaned badly.

Not well maintained: ants in the kitchen, legs wobbling on dining room chairs, debris on porch floor windowsills,washer. Return AC filter was filthy!!!. Direction on how to turn on TV cable reception did not work. No code provided for pool restroom.

Great Community / Average Condo Unit

This was my 4th year in this unit. I enjoy the Sea Woods community and the heated pool , so I am willing to give on the “comforts” of this unit. I don't believe that a deep clean has been done in years. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and the appliances updated. The kitchen equipment is sadly lacking. I bring my own pots and pans. I do however enjoy the wonderfully welcoming people that are my neighbors so if you don't mind a little discomfort in your living space, then the benefits of the community , the heated pool, the friendships made through the Sea Woods welcoming group, the closeness of the beach...all can be forgiven.

Overall it was just fine for us. A real beach place! Enjoyed the location and neighbors.

Overall, the unit was good. Nice floors and washer and dryer. We found ourselves cleaning under the sink and generally all cupboards etc. We found a boys pair of sweat pants and 2 rumbled up bags under the bed! A really thorough cleaning is needed and cupboards organized (although we did do some because of circumstances!) Along with "cleaning out", shampooing the rugs and sprucing up, replacing the appliances - the micro wave on its last legs and really no need for the little stove attached. The washer/dryer was great! We really did enjoy ourselves/of course so different this year with virus. Never did get our computer working and phone reception was iffy. Tile floors are beautiful and so enjoyed the screened in porch. All and all, it all worked out and can't beat Sea Woods!

Cleanliness

Good property, but could be cleaner. Living room cushions look and smell dirty. After the first night, we all woke with hives. I check and didn't find any evidence of bed bugs, although I did see a couple of roaches. Good thing that the property has brand new and modern washer/dryer - we washed all bedsheets and towels, no much issues afterwards. We guessed they didnt change bedsheets from previous occupants?
