Pool, hot tub , beach ramp and all facilities are open

You will have incredible river views from all rooms and partial ocean views in an open layout of this 11th floor condo. The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and enjoy Enjoy dining outside with sunset views from the table. The condo boasts 18" designer tile throughout, huge sliders for great views, and all the room you need for your vacation. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This condo has all the amenities you would want including flat screen TVs, high speed internet, binoculars, board games, playing cards, DVD player, hair dryer, Zero water filter system, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker and blender as well as a complete beach set with wagon, 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV including Sports package on cable TV. The master BR has a King bed with incredible river views and a beautiful master bath with seamless glass shower. The 2nd BR has a queen bed. The 3rd also has a queen bed to allow sleeping up to 6 in the unit. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities. Bedrooms - Master/Queen, 2nd BR/Queen, 3rd BR/Queen.

Very pleased

Well equipped condo. Loved the views of the river. Fast elevators, pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Very Clean! This was our first time ever staying at Aruba. We will be back! Beautiful Views and our unit had everything we needed even beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and other miscellaneous beach items.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Last year we had an oceanfront condo but actually found that we preferred the view of the river and the ocean from the side. Kaylee was always quick with her responses to any questions we had. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place fantastic property

This unit was great. The views are as they show in the pictures. the building is secure and great access to the beach and the pool. We had a minor issue which was handled quickly and professionally. I would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great retreat, a family get away to the beach or just wanting the comforts of home on a trip instead of a hotel

Fabulous Place to Stay

We had a week long girls trip here. It was an amazing place to stay. The view of the bay was so relaxing with the boats and birds. Then the side view of the ocean was amazing as well. The property is very clean and well kept. Everything is very new. The management had someone that met us when we arrived and she walked us through the entire building, all of the amenities and the codes for everything. There are a lot of codes for the building over all. She showed us where the chairs, umbrellas and wagon for the beach were stored. Those were really handy. We stayed on the 11th floor and I was a little worried that we would be waiting on elevators all day, everyday but, that definitely was not a problem. The elevators were really fast. They also have carts in the lobby and garage to help you get your luggage and groceries upstairs. We found them invaluable. We needed a couple of things during our stay and when I asked I received a response immediately and the items within a couple of hours. I really can not say enough good about this property. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great place with beautiful views

The place was great, beautiful clean and perfectly located. Loved the storage cage that had all of our beach needs! The only thing needs to be fixed is the multiple keys and codes to get in and out of everything, I love the security of it but was a hassle to just throw away trash and get into the building after the pool or beach. We never got the code to work on the door to condo had to use the key every time . Overall amazing place and highly recommend, the hostess was also very accommodating and super sweet.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
