This newly remodeled house is clean, bright and functional with two bedrooms, two baths and is only steps away from the Intracoastal Water Way and Riverwalk. Take a walk and watch the yachts go by!

Bring your dog, boat, kayaks, surfboards or beach bikes. This home is within minutes of the public boat launch, Menard-May Park (great for kayaking), the drive-on beaches and so much more.

There is a fully fenced in back yard and ample parking. Perfect!

This home is 2 bed and 2 bath and completely remodeled. Everything is new, with the exception of some local antiques and original art.

Our favorite attribute of this home is the true open concept in the common areas. The kitchen, dining room and living room are extremely spacious and connected without walls. Enjoy the 75" 4K TV while conversing with family in the kitchen and bar.

Both the en suite and guest baths are completely new with gray and white tile, plenty of light and high mounted shower heads. The guest bath also has a tub.

The main bedroom features a new king size Green Tea mattress, 55" Roku TV and plenty of closet space.

The guest / kids' room has full size bunk beds and a futon, a closet with games and books as well as its own 55" Roku TV.

Outside, the back yard is fully fenced in for your pup to enjoy. There is a covered patio with furniture as well as a park style BBQ grill. The back yard is illuminated at night by five solar string lights.

Parking is ample. There is room to park a small to medium size boat (probably up to 24 ft), or a kayak, motorcycle or other trailer while still having parking for two cars.

Great Location!

Thank you to the Calida Hospitality Group! The house was clean and wonderfully appointed. We loved the location in a quiet part of Edgewater but mere minutes from Downtown New Smyrna. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect Getaway Spot

We spent a week in Edgewater looking for an apartment for our daughter and stayed at this beautiful home. Ron was quick to respond to questions we had about the area. The home had everything we needed and was the perfect location for us to head in to town for food or to jump on the highway to apartment hunt. We will be back again!

Edgewater stay

My husband and myself and our little dog Bijoux who goes everywhere with us spent four nights here. The house was so cute, the owners thought of everything you might need. Key things that are important to me when I stay somewhere, location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds and this house supplied everything. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We love the New Smyrna beach area.

This house was just a pleasure to stay at. Everything was new and clean , two large tv’s , privacy fenced back yard with a covered porch with nice patio chairs and pretty flowers. Easy location to go to the beach . We would definitely rent again!

Great Birthday Trip

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We needed an iron and ironing board and one was delivered to us promptly. Ron and Marlo are the best hosts and will only rent one of their properties while in Edgewater Florida.

Staying at this home was the best experience I have ever had renting a home. Ron & Marlo communicated with me the entire way, even checked in to see how my stay was going. Wonderful

Very clean, renovated house in a great location for fishing or visiting New Smyrna Beach or Daytona. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Communication with host was flawless and they checked in (via text) to see how we were doing. Seamless check in and no long list of chores for checkout. We would definitely come back!

Felt like home

We came into town to see family and celebrate birthdays, I selected this house because it was just minutes from where family were staying. After getting there, we realized it was just minutes away from a nice park. After one night being there we felt like we were staying in a second home. The place was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, which is nice when you put a little down for nap and having a fenced in yard was nice to have our dog run around. Definitely going to make this the spot we keep coming back to for more family visits

What a GEM

We had some big events and races to tend to at Daytona from Wednesday to Monday and thia is where we made home for the week. Though it was about 20m from the track, it was WELL WORTH the trip, even at 5am lol. The home is newly remodeled and everything was clean, organized, and full of whatever amenity you could imagine. We're not sure how often we'll be doing these events, but when we do? This is home. Thank you so much!

Nice house, well equipped, good neighborhood.

Our stay was great. From the great communication with the owners to the well stocked house. Great location, we enjoyed our morning walk along the river, easy to navigate. Just minutes from great restaurants and shopping and the beach in New Smyrna. Quiet neighborhood, fenced yard for our dogs. Comfortable living area, big tv! We loved the house. The kitchen was so well stocked for renters, good knives, pots and pans, plenty of dishes, a cabinet of spices, very well equipped and much appreciated. The living space was open, nice dining table great for dinner and a game of Yahtzee. Bedrooms were so nice, comfy bed. Robes hanging in the closet, nice towels, shampoo if you forgot it, again well stocked home. Thanks for all your attention to detail, it shows and made our stay even better.
