Shining Sea Condo

Ocean Edge condo with cathedral ceilings! Beautiful private deck located on the 5th hole of the Ocean Edge golf course! Located within the Eaton village. Two queen beds along with pullout couch allows 6 to sleep comfortably within the unit,. Linens are included!! Large kitchen with washer/ dryer, AC in living room and heat throughout the unit. Wifi and three smart TVs with ROKU devices.

An In- season Friday to Friday rental to avoid Cape traffic. Please contact us for daily rates in the shoulder season.

Ocean Edge Resort is nestled on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and only a mile from Nickerson State Park. Being in Brewster, we have beautiful bayside sunsets, are located along quant 6A's historical district and have many beaches in ponds a short trip away.

Vacation Stay

Excellent property and location. Two full baths a plus with 3 adults and two young children. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful peaceful view from balcony overlooking golf course as well as beautiful neighborhood. Convenient to beaches and more. Highly recommend staying here

Relaxing Mini-vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation at the Shining Sea Condo. The owner was very responsive to my querries and communications. The unit was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner left us a wonderful gift basket consisting of wine, chocolate, hand sanitizers, and other items. The furniture was very comfortable and the view of the golf course was very beautiful. We look forward to staying at Shining Sea again.

Great place in a great location

We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The location is great and very central to everywhere we wanted to go. We’re not golfers but watching the golfers while sitting on the back porch was very relaxing. Would definitely come back!

Convenient, Friendly and Easy

We stayed at the condo for a family event. We were able to enjoy all that Cape Cod had to offer in a convenient location. The owner was friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. The property was clean with a nice view of the golf course.

Fantastic experience

We had a super time. The condo is located on a beautiful golf course. The unit was clean and spacious, and was in a great location to get to the little towns. I would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

My husband and I enjoyed staying here at our home away from home. Courtney was easy to communicate. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfy and had everything you could need. The patio overlooking the golf course was the perfect place to have our morning coffee.

Comfortable Condo - Nice Location

It was exactly as described. Extra touches like fresh flowers, wine, and candy were left for us. We had extremely hot weather during our stay. Everything was satisfactory with the exception of the older A/C unit could use an update. There was also a fan in one room that helped move some air.
