Large Modern 4 Bed 3 Bath Home! Heated Private Pool! Close to Attractions!

Large 2 Story house with over 3,000 square feet of living space located in Orlando,FL. (32824) Close to the 417 and Florida’s Turnpike. Less than 20 minutes from MCO Airport and approx 20 minutes from Sea World, Disney World, Universal Studios Theme Park, Wet N’ Wild and Fun Spot. Shopping, dining and entertainment less than 5 minutes away.

Our newly renovated home is fully furnished with modern designs and paintings. Large Enclosed Heated Private Pool with an amazing pond/lake view. Home has an eat-in kitchen, a large pool, wicker furniture on the outside patio along with a new BBQ grill. Home contains energy efficient heating and cooling, high speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV, washer and dryer.

Guest will have complete access to the entire property. Our large featured home has 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 18 guests (beds and sofa beds) .

All the bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (shower/tub combo) are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed along with a queen sized pull-out sleeper couch and a pack n play, and a large walk in closet, master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet, stand up shower and a soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds with 1 extra twin sized pullout trundle (which can accommodate up to 5 guests) along with a large closet. The 3rd and 4th guest bedrooms has queen sized beds with large closets. The Loft features 2 queen sized sleeper sofas that can accommodate 4 guests.

Lower level of the home has a open living and family room (one of the couches is a pull out sofa bed) large fully stocked kitchen, dining room, full bathroom (shower), and laundry room. Our home has more than enough space to accommodate all of your guests. The home is completely furnished and stocked with kitchenware, bed linens, crib, high chair, toys and games to keep everyone busy and engaged!

PLEASE NOTE:

-There are 4 exterior security cameras facing out from the house.
-The pool has Solar and Electric. Solar is free to use. If you wish to heat the pool with Electric (mainly in the colder months) there will be an additional $100 to heat the pool for 12 hours. You MUST pay this additional fee via Zelle. The pool will take about 8 hours to heat to a desirable temperature, so please give me as much notice as you can.

Very spacious

House was clean and very spacious. Pool and patio area also well kept. Games in the garage were also a huge hit. Only negative is that all the bedrooms are on the second level. Just keep that in mind if you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues.

Unfortunately this property was a disappointment- the pool was never at a temperature where we could swim, we were there for 9 days and spent zero time in the pool- it was cold.. there was only one bedroom that had a nightstand or a lamp next to it otherwise we had to use our suitcases -there was only one shower that worked good, the main level shower did not work at all and the other upstairs shower was OK, but we ended up all using the main shower- the upstairs sinks would clog. The property was not clean or stocked, there was half of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, later found a small 4-pack of tp in a kitchen cabinet- definitely was disappointing -we tried to find a another place to go for the rest of our stay in Orlando but could not so we stayed there and still I’m waiting for the discount from the owners which has not come yet for the pool being unusable.

Home away from home!

This was the perfect place for our spring break getaway. We had members from 3 generations of our family there (ages 16-79) and it was comfortable for all of us. House is spacious and well stocked which gave us the ability to cook meals when we wanted to, even for a large group (the new outdoor grill was great!) . The screened in pool was a great place to sit outside and relax in the sun without having to deal with bugs. The location of the house was perfect for us, central to everywhere we needed to go, and tons of stores and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this place and will certainly go back again if we ever need to stay in this area in the future. Naline was great and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the week.

You wont regret selecting this property. Between the screened in pool overlooking the lake to the garage converted game room- adults & children alike will have a blast. Fully stock kitchen made preparing large family meal a breeze. Homeowner was a gem to work with & offered quick response to all of my questions.

Most relaxing trip

Naline was great from start to finish of our trip. This was one of our most relaxed vacations and the house afforded us the opportunity to celebrate my daughter’s birthday stress free. Every request was honored quickly. Even the neighbors were kind and amenable. This was one of the best houses I stayed in. Naline and Hans had the home stocked with everything we would need. She was even kind enough to get my daughter a surprise gift for her birthday (which she has no idea how special that made it for her, especially since we lost my mother 2.5 weeks ago). I would definitely book this home again for a future trip.
