We want you to feel at home! This 2-bedroom 2 full bath direct beach access Villa with a second-floor private balcony offers views of the beach, ocean and pool. Sit and enjoy coffee, wine, a good book or whatever else you like while enjoying the sight and sound of waves, passing boats and, if you are lucky, dolphins!Inside you will relax in the living room that has been artfully arranged to take maximum advantage of the view and the flat-screen T.V. The dining area has a glass-top table with seating for 6. The kitchen has granite countertops and a new stainless-steel dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and microwave.The master bedroom offers sliding glass doors to the balcony, a comfy king-sized bed and just open the curtains to catch the amazing sunrises! It also includes a matching bureau and an adorable writing desk in the dining area and wireless internet making for a picturesque remote work space! The private master bath has a remodeled shower and granite counter tops.The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and its own T.V. The second full bath may be accessed via a hall entrance or the guest bedroom.The beautifully manicured grounds include a large oceanfront pool which is seasonally heated from March 1st through April 30th and Oct 1st to Nov 30th and a smaller 1 ft. pool for the little ones. Pool area includes multiple lounge chairs, a large cabana with a covered deck and grilling areas.This community offers walking paths and is walking or biking distance to an exceptional golf course, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis center and bike and kayaks rentals. The Palmetto Dunes community has things to do that include Tennis, Golf, Pickleball, and much more. There is a General Store with a breakfast/lunch menu and available rustic outdoor seating! The neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, a variety of restaurants for all tastes and Shelter Cove Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, Sailing and Dolphin charters and much more! This is a lovely villa, well stocked, and comfortable with a great view of the pool and beach. We love staying in Palmetto Dune and this villa is in the perfect spot to walk to all the amenities. We look forward to coming back!

Great Stay & Wonderful Hosts!

We had a great stay in this property for our family of 4. The unit was fully stocked, check-in and out was simple, and the hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions. Being in the building with the pool was very convenience and views from the condo and master bedroom were beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful property!

We loved staying at this property!! It was absolutely beautiful! Convenient location in the middle of the island and your balcony overlooks the beach. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The owners had great communication and were great to work with. We can’t wait to visit this property again!

Great condo

This condo was very nice. Fridge, washer and dryer all in good working order. Nicely furnished and great location in the complex. The new shaded area by the pool was a nice addition this year. Contact with Lori (management company) was always prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Trip and Property

Lori was AMAZING with communication, responses, suggestions for restaurants, and condo info. I cannot stress enough how relieving it was to be able to send a quick text or message and know that she would reply within minutes. We will definitely be back!

We love Palmetto Dunes

This is a very nice complex and very convenient beach access. The pool is clean and well taken care of. The condo itself could use some updates, just felt a bit dated. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay at Captains Walk again.

We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was fine and we enjoyed being so close to the pool and the ocean. There was a slight mechanical problem but the owners fixed it as quickly as possible and were very responsive anytime there was a question. Wish there had been fewer stingrays in that our son-in-law got stung on day 1. Hard to prevent that!

Family vacation with a great view!

We enjoyed our week at this condo and would definitely book it again. The view of the beach and pool is amazing and we could hear the waves from the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean, plenty of towels including beach towels. Also wanted to note that the pool maintenance man is fantastic! He was so friendly and helpful during our trip, he always had a smile and a good joke. The location to Shelter Cove and various island activities can't be beat! We contacted our host once during our trip and she was extremely responsive, I don't think I even waited a minute before hearing back from her. I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

Beautiful condo on the beach with pool in Palmetto dunes. Perfect location for Hilton Head.

Excellent. Lori was very responsive to a couple of needs. WiFi went out in entire complex for 2 days. She found sites I could go to to get on WiFi to do some work. Could not have been more helpful and immediately responded to my text.

Finally Summer 2021

We had an amazing time. Captain’s Walk is the perfect location. Loved the beach access. The only two things that were a challenge was not good cell service and the toilets were slow to refill. Otherwise we had the best time and the accommodations were comfortable.

Family Vacation

Perfect location - excellent, easy beach access! Centrally located on the island - everything you need is within a short drive or bike ride. The condo was clean, but the bed spreads and quilts needed washing. We missed having beach gear with our rental, but we were able to purchase everything we needed nearby. Overall, we had a great stay at this property and would rent again.

Great to talk directly to owners...

We've rented through VRBO many times. Most times it's a rental through an agency but that wasn't the case here. I had a direct cell phone number to call/text for any issues and I got very quick, immediate responses. We had a very minor issue at check-in with the door code and it was great to be able to talk on the phone, directly to the owner, who corrected the door code right away for us. Super helpful. View was nice, overlooks the pool so you do see and hear that, but still direct ocean views which was great. Overall, the place was good for the price we paid and the direct communication with the owners was unique and helpful.
