Fabulous Villa near Beach, Pool, Golf, Tennis & Pickleball.

Welcome to Turtle Haven! This property is just under 2,000 sq. ft. and features wonderful lagoon AND golf views for your next vacation. This is an end unit that is private and very quiet! You'll feel right at home with everything you need at your fingertips: a fully stocked kitchen with a brew/k-cup coffee maker, gas grill, washer/dryer, wireless internet, 4 HD TV's (including a 55” smart TV w/ sound bar) linens, beach supplies, and more!

This completely updated Queens Grant Villa sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The main floor master bedroom has a King bed and an attached master bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor and feature a queen bed and two twin beds along with a full bathroom.

This open-concept villa is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views from all rooms. The dining table has seating for 6 and the large private brand NEW (as of 12/23) outdoor deck overlooks a lagoon and the Robert Trent Jones practice green and first hole.

There are 5 pools in the Queens Grant community, with the closest being less than 250 yards away. The beach is less than a mile away with access at The Dunes House. Take advantage of the (FREE/seasonal) Dunes Buggy shuttle service, or enjoy a short walk or bike ride.

This villa is located in the Queens Grant community within Palmetto Dunes. It's a gated community located in the middle of Hilton Head Island, convenient to everything! The views are truly stunning, be sure to watch out for the turtles!

Spacious and comfortable

Stayed with a group of 5 friends and we had plenty of space. Enjoyed the pools nearby and the proximity to the beach. Resort is beautiful and lush with lots of amenities.

Location! Location!

This Villa is located in a prime location within the Palmetto Dunes Community. The Villa is a 10 minute walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. It is also located very close to the General Store and pickleball/tennis courts/golfing. Also, the Villa is close but not too close to the community entrance. The Villa is located in a very quiet area within Queens Grant. You can ride bikes or walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The pictures listed are accurate and everything you need is provided in the Villa. The views are beautiful with sliding doors on multiple walls. The deck was a very quiet place to sit and relax. The owner, Beth, was extremely responsive with any questions we had and provided us with all necessary instructions for us to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. We will definitely book this Villa again. Palmetto Dunes, as a whole, is a beautiful community regardless of the activity you are taking part in. Beth’s place is a great choice for a wonderful getaway in a beautiful community!!

Beautiful property and great location

We are a retired couple who vacationed with 2 grown kids with spouses. The home was very clean. We especially loved the large living/dining area which gave the 6 of us a lot of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and we used all of the beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs, towels). The community was beautiful and we walked to the beach nearby each day. We enjoyed nearby nature preserves for hiking. Just a wonderful vacation experience.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful trip to HHI! Beth’s villa was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We especially appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, etc). We loved watching the golfers and wildlife from the deck. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and relax. As a lifelong visitor to Hilton Head, this is one of the best properties I’ve rented. You can’t go wrong with Palmetto Dunes, and Queen’s Grant is a fantastic neighborhood. We hope to visit again soon!

Nice place

The villa was clean and well equipped for our needs. It was spacious and we had plenty room for our family. Being close to the driving range was fun for the men/boys in our group. The air conditioning worked great, which was really nice while we were there. Communication with Beth was very quick and helpful. The only thing that we wish it would’ve had is a bike rack closer to the villa and an umbrella or covering on the porch to use on the really hot days.

HHI Stay

Communication/interaction with the owner was fabulous. House itself is as nice as we expected, it is beautiful and very comfortable. Location is awesome. That beach is the only beach we ever want to go in future and we will stay at this house again. It was a perfect vacation.

Lovely - open concept, private and clean :)

This property has been our favorite so far. We enjoyed the open spacious areas in the rooms and living area. Out door area is also nice and relaxing. Nice kitchen w/ anything you need. Thank you for the beach towels and chairs too what an unexpected bonus. Only issue was parking spots are limited. Excellent rental.
