Rester sur la plage et profiter des nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer les prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant dans Ocean One 124 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et ne traverseront pas une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Ce condo a été amélioré et le décor charmant vous fera vous sentir comme chez vous. Il a un roi dans le maître, deux doubles dans BR2, et deux jumeaux dans BR3, plus un canapé-lit.
Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers se rincent sous la douche extérieure située sur la plage privée du complexe, puis plongent dans la piscine en bord de mer. Ocean One est un ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Ocean One a ajouté une zone de cuisson toute neuve au complexe situé juste au-delà de la piscine.
Parmi les services offerts sur l'île de Hilton Head, l'Ocean One se trouve à un pâté de maisons du Coligny Beach Market, un centre-ville pittoresque proposant une grande sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les âges.

The condo is very spacious, kitchen/living room very functional and the low floor location is super practical (all the beach gear).Some small improvements to make it perfect would be new outdoor furniture and black out curtains in master bedroom. This Unit was not cleaned in quite awhile. The floors were filthy! And the outdoor furniture was even worse. We could not sit there. There was dust in every corner and there was hair in the drain of the bathtub. The towels were gray and the sheets were bally. I’m wondering if they were even changed. The Unit itself is very nice, but it needed to be cleaned!!!!

The condo was a great location, close to the pool and beach access. The condo overall was outdated. The floors were dirty, they looked like they had not been mopped. Previous guest commented on the curtains in the master bedroom that they were see through and did not keep out light. One could see clearly in the middle of the night due to the lights on the property. No change was made to the curtains. The kitchen cabinets were cracked, old and dingy. The kitchen utensils need an upgrade, no can opener. The dishwasher detergent holder did not close so the dishes did not get clean. Did dishes by hand. The floor in the master bathroom needs replaced due to dirt and discoloration. The living area furniture is worn and uncomfortable. Overall, I believe this condo could use a refresh.

The location of the unit could not have been better. The complex was right on the beach. The view from our unit, however, was of the parking lot, not the beach. Since the front window of the unit faced the parking lot, it would have been very nice if the curtains in the master bedroom offered more privacy than a pair of flimsy sheers. The bathroom floor was disgusting with a wide layer of thick black grime all around the edges of the room.The kitchen was the least well-equipped of any of the many units I have rented in Hilton Head over the years. The dishes were a mishmash of sets, and there really wasn’t the needed things if one wanted to eat in and feed a family of 6. I would suggest another trip to Goodwill which, I believe, was the decorating service that was used for this unit.

That said, a few of your comments don’t reflect the standard we maintain. The homeowners take a great deal of pride in their condo, and it is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with guest comfort in mind. We do not appreciate the suggestion that the unit was put together without care. Regarding the view, the listing accurately reflects the unit’s position within the complex, and we encourage guests to review those details when selecting a property that best fits their preferences. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and the concern you raised about the bathroom floor is not consistent with our expectations. We will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure everything is up to standard. As for the kitchen, it is stocked for typical vacation use, though we understand needs can vary depending on the size of the group and how much cooking is planned. We’ll take your feedback into consideration as we continue to evaluate and update the inventory. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Location was great- pool wasn't open but it wasn't quite into season yet so all good- easy walk to the beach- close to most of the courses we played. Would book again for sure.

Great stay close to the beach

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. The property was clean and as described. We had a great time. The pool was nice and the beach was close. It was nice to not have to walk far to get a good spot on the beach. Communication was excellent and the stay meet our needs.

This building is undergoing some renovations so while it wasn’t ideal to have an empty pool it was an easy walk out of the back to the ocean. Location was great!

Had a great time at HH. Loved the unit layout, fit our group perfectly with three suites. Unit was very clean and property manager addressed our few issues immediately. Unit was close to beach, great restaurants, night life, etc…. Would stay in this unit again.
