Overall decent stay but could be updated throughout

Not a bad place but the entire unit could use an update. The carpet was stained in multiple areas. The entire place needs to be painted. All of the bedding was worn and could be replaced as well. It is about 8-9 mile from I-4 and not too convenient to Disney. No serious complaints but I would only stay again if it was renovated before.

Great place to stay, near many golf courses and Disney. Place was very clean, pool and hot tub worked perfectly.

We were part of a 60's team mens that was playing in the TOC TOURNAMENT

We enjoyed the location and the gated community. The pool table was great to pass the evening. The BBQ was small, the hot tub was great and lots of bathrooms, lots of space Good for check up on personalthings.Not much parking and large include driveway .

Nice property

Everything you need for an USA vacation is available; pool, barbeque grill, large refrigerator, bathtub, comfortable beds and various game tables in the garage. The communication with the property management was very good and always prompt. We enjoyed it very much.

New years stay

We had a great time at the property! We opted for heated pool and spa and it did not disappoint! We swam day and night warm or cool and the kids LOVED the games room garage!The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of room for our group of 6 The owner was responsive and allowed early check in to accommodate an earlier arrival then anticipated! The neighborhood was cute and safe! 100% we will be returning!

We booked this with 2 days notice after being let down massively when the villa we booked was cancelled. After booking everything was dealt with really quickly with no fuss. The villa is a great place as a base with easy access to Disney. Thank you

Overall, it was a great place. It was clean, the pool was nice when it wasn't raining, lol. The game room was great for the kids. Location was perfect for what we needed. Not too far from any of the attractions. The one thing was is the power kept ongoing out, which happens and can't be helped.The only thing about that is when it starts back up again the AC makes this loud noise and it kept scaring me. Lol

Great place

This house is nice, clean and close to restaurants and Wal-mart. Took us about 30min with traffic to get to Disney parks. I would suggest bringing garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap, etc. etc. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils. We didn’t use the game room very much because it is not air conditioned and hot during this time of the year. Pool is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Haines City Rental

Having just sold and moved from our home in Winter Haven, we needed a place for our family to return to after spending a week in Daytona Beach. Overall, the family enjoyed the stay. On the plus side, check in was quick and easy; location was in an area that we were familiar with, so travel, shopping, etc was easy. Suggested things to be aware of: Game room is in the garage, so that means there is no air conditioning in there. Seriously, who would play in there in the summer with outside temps in the 90’s? Living in Polk county, I know that the temperature in an uncooled place like that is about 10-15 degrees higher than the outside. Be aware that the house is beginning to show its age. The blinds weren’t easy to adjust. Some were broken off or missing. If you are a large group, bring extra towels and washcloths. The rental did not have enough for a party like ours to have for a few days. We were washing them almost every other day. Utensils, pans and other cooking items were showing lots of wear. They looked like items you would pick up in a yard sale. Lastly, parking. Be aware that the driveway is small and on a hill. It’s hard for two vehicles to get parked just right (the rules dictate no parking across the sidewalk). Be sure to use your parking brake once you do get parked, and of course be extremely careful traversing up the driveway.

Great stay

We loved this rental the pool is secluded and the house has two master bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the gated community. 4 mins from Walmart and some great food trucks. Worth every penny !

Beautiful home, great rental!

The home was very clean and the pool was perfect! Great location, close to grocery store and restaurants. Security at the gated community was friendly and helpful. Easy rental process and good price. Hope to stay here again in the future!
