Nice property

Everything you need for an USA vacation is available; pool, barbeque grill, large refrigerator, bathtub, comfortable beds and various game tables in the garage. The communication with the property management was very good and always prompt. We enjoyed it very much.

We were part of a 60's team mens that was playing in the TOC TOURNAMENT

We enjoyed the location and the gated community. The pool table was great to pass the evening. The BBQ was small, the hot tub was great and lots of bathrooms, lots of space Good for check up on personalthings.Not much parking and large include driveway .

New years stay

We had a great time at the property! We opted for heated pool and spa and it did not disappoint! We swam day and night warm or cool and the kids LOVED the games room garage!The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of room for our group of 6 The owner was responsive and allowed early check in to accommodate an earlier arrival then anticipated! The neighborhood was cute and safe! 100% we will be returning!

Overall decent stay but could be updated throughout

Not a bad place but the entire unit could use an update. The carpet was stained in multiple areas. The entire place needs to be painted. All of the bedding was worn and could be replaced as well. It is about 8-9 mile from I-4 and not too convenient to Disney. No serious complaints but I would only stay again if it was renovated before.

Overall, it was a great place. It was clean, the pool was nice when it wasn't raining, lol. The game room was great for the kids. Location was perfect for what we needed. Not too far from any of the attractions. The one thing was is the power kept ongoing out, which happens and can't be helped.The only thing about that is when it starts back up again the AC makes this loud noise and it kept scaring me. Lol

Great place

This house is nice, clean and close to restaurants and Wal-mart. Took us about 30min with traffic to get to Disney parks. I would suggest bringing garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap, etc. etc. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils. We didn’t use the game room very much because it is not air conditioned and hot during this time of the year. Pool is great. I would definitely stay there again.

No Hot-Tub & LOTS of Rules

Although listed as having a "Hot Tub" we arrived to find a very cold "Spa" that we then found upon further inspection the "heat was an extra (dollar value) per day" listed within the description. Charged outside of VRBO. Also, although paying cleaning fee, we were instructed to do nearly all the cleaning including washing linens, running/shelving dishes, and taking trash cans out to the street on Wednesday regardless of check-in/check-out. Paying hotel-esque night rates, this was not appropreiate.

Hi we are so sorry that this upset you but I do put in the description spa and pool heat are extra they’re not in our fees because we have our fees marked down by 40% for Covid reasons the house is discounted at a low rate already and we do pre-warn you that you would have to pay to have the gas turned on to the spa or pool , we even offer that at a discounted rate and we have never asked any of our guest to clean the house as we have a Covid cleaning team come in and do this the only thing we have ever asked because we do leave you washing powder if you have any left over to maybe start towels on your way out.. and thats not a must., only if yiu want too.. .. and we have a large garbage bin on side of home, you are asked to deposit your personal garbage in this can.. not sure why that would be a issue for you. Again this was a really harsh review... but thanks for staying with us!!

Great place to stay

Overall this house provides a very nice stay. We understand it’s a rental. It could use a little maintenance work and updating. Carpet had a few stains. The small bed mattresses were worn out. Kids might not care so much. Blind/slats kept falling. Wiring for tv/dvd units was scary-need a surge protector strip at each tv. Bluray would be nice. Remote batteries were dead for two rooms. Light switches were confusing. Laundry room doors won’t close with units. This made some noise that carried through the house. I think if maintenance could go through a few items, it could be a little better. This house provided plenty of space for our family of seven. Very nice tall ceilings. Large kitchen and dining area. Living room was perfect. Master suite and guess suites were comfortable and provided adequate space. Who doesn’t love a pool with a lanai. Didn’t see one bug in house or in lanai. Pool was fantastic. Kids favorite of course. Playroom garage had the pool table, air hockey and fooseball that was a nice addition. Parents favorite was sitting in the pool area watching the kids and sunset. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this home. It was a great addition to our trip.

Haines City Rental

Having just sold and moved from our home in Winter Haven, we needed a place for our family to return to after spending a week in Daytona Beach. Overall, the family enjoyed the stay. On the plus side, check in was quick and easy; location was in an area that we were familiar with, so travel, shopping, etc was easy. Suggested things to be aware of: Game room is in the garage, so that means there is no air conditioning in there. Seriously, who would play in there in the summer with outside temps in the 90’s? Living in Polk county, I know that the temperature in an uncooled place like that is about 10-15 degrees higher than the outside. Be aware that the house is beginning to show its age. The blinds weren’t easy to adjust. Some were broken off or missing. If you are a large group, bring extra towels and washcloths. The rental did not have enough for a party like ours to have for a few days. We were washing them almost every other day. Utensils, pans and other cooking items were showing lots of wear. They looked like items you would pick up in a yard sale. Lastly, parking. Be aware that the driveway is small and on a hill. It’s hard for two vehicles to get parked just right (the rules dictate no parking across the sidewalk). Be sure to use your parking brake once you do get parked, and of course be extremely careful traversing up the driveway.
