Toutes commodités, centres commerciaux, restaurants raffinés, 50 terrains de golf, piscine privée privée, accÚs wifi haut débit, laveuse et sécheuse gratuites. Smartly nommé et remodelé. Beaucoup de détails fournis comme des peignoirs de bain, poussettes, berceau, jouets de piscine, serviettes de plage. Tourner complÚtement la clé. La chambre à coucher principale avec lit king est tellement confortable que tout le monde en parle. Master bain a une porte extérieure séparée à la piscine. Chambre Queen et chambre à deux lits partagent une salle de bain, à l'extrémité opposée de la maison pour la vie privée. Deux canapés dans le salon avec une ouverture au lit queen. Les portes coulissantes en verre dans le salon ouvrent sur la piscine avec vue sur les palmiers et les orangers.

Great quiet place to stay, loved the pool!!!

My husband and I enjoyed the stay. We had a contact person if we needed anything ( he left us a note). We did not have any issues at all, it was quiet and just off the main road enough. The pool was great!!! The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great house with a fantastic pool!

This house was perfect. It had everything you could need on a vacation. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the POOL was amazing! The pool is large and clean and has plenty of seating around it. They had a few floaties and beach towels for guests to use. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of pans, utensils and dinnerware. Even some spices, cooking oil, and some pre-packaged condiments like you would get with take out. There were other extra amenities left under the bathroom sinks which came in handy. The location was good and easy to get to. Nice neighborhood. We met Jim, who takes care of the property, and spoke with Brenda on the phone. They were both so nice and helpful. Great people. We stayed 9 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

The Host Brenda and her son Jim are great to work with. The home is well furnished and supplied with everything you'll need for a home away from home. Great heated pool. And well located to all the places you'll want to visit. Will plan to return again.

The house was great and well stocked. Jim took very good care of us. A part went out in the pool, but Jim manually did chemicals until a replacement part became available, so we didn’t miss a day of swimming. The heated pool felt wonderful, even on cool days.

Sweet little place

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. The home is very charming, was very clean and had everything we needed. The home is beautifully decorated and there were supplies if you forgot to bring something along. While we didn't need anything it was a very nice gesture. The salt water pool was very relaxing. Would stay here again if in the area.

Thanksgiving in Florida

Perfect for our needs, or anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in sunny Florida. Centrally located between, Disney, the airport and my Aunts home in Auburndale. Very clean, wonderful pool area with both sun and shade. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants close by. Nice big entertainment area, nice sized bedrooms and master suite. Master suite could use a new mattress.

We enjoyed the location very much. We find this home to be quite relaxing. Fully furnished kitchen. The best of the experience was sitting by and swimming in the pool. Love the citrus trees.

Perfect again

This was our second time staying at this property and I will definitely stay again. The location is great. It’s near several food options and shopping. We always get the pool heated but it was great to soak in, particularly after a long day at Disney. We love the layout of the house and the master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Communication with the owner is so easy, she is always so nice. We love staying here. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property from January 17 through March 25, 2024, in order to escape the Pennsylvania winter for a while. The house is beautifully decorated; it really is a place that you feel at home as soon as you enter. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool area is beautiful. And last but not least, Jim, the property manager, is a wonderful person and responded to our needs ASAP when we contacted him. I only hope I have the opportunity to return to this property sometime in the future.

Great Stay!!!

We had a wonderful time for our 10 day stay. House was very clean, but also very homey. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed. Came stocked with sooo many kitchen supplies, it made cooking at the house so convenient. Brenda was extremely responsive when I needed her. My only tiny little concern was just that someone else comes to do the trash/recycling service. I've always just had to do it myself in any other place, and enjoy my privacy when renting a vacation house so I was just taking by surprise when someone else showed up to do it and wish I had known before hand. But all in all a complete 5 star review and would definitely recommend staying here and would personally stay here again myself in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as listed. House was very clean and very well apportioned. Many towels, plentiful supplies in kitchen. We loved the pool and were in it multiple times a day. I appreciated that the patio area had a door right into the primary bathroom.

Great stay with the Property

The property is great for our 1 and 3 years old, with the clean pool and all the toys. The location is also very good, 18 min drive to Magic Kingdom and 1 hr drive to Tampa. We saw some lime tree outside the house and some wild cranes around the neighborhood. The only problem we encountered was issue with VRBO where VRBO sent the door code to my old phone number even so I updated my phone number.

My husband and I are semi-retired, he from manufacturing and I am a jewelry designer. We enjoy the sunshine, golf and family. This location is just a little over an hour from each coast. We often jump on the motorcycle and drive to a coast for a seafood lunch.
We're from Atlanta and enjoy using VRBO ourselves when traveling as it enhances the experience and want to do the same for you.

After visiting my son in this neighborhood, I noticed this house for sale nearby. We purchased the house as a 'design project' since I am a designer. Not only was it a fun project, but now we have a vacation home near family. Renting it to vacationers helps supplement expenses and provides a home away from home for others.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This area is developing rapidly with shopping centers, the Omni Resort at Champion's Gate and many restaurants a mile away. There are over 50 + fine golf courses to choose from and awesome restaurants. Our location is only five miles from the closest Disney exit in a quiet neighborhood. We have orange trees and palm trees just outside our door. I enjoy having morning coffee poolside. Most families enjoy staying at our home for R&R even though we are convenient to the parks and attractions.
