Be our guest in our cozy house footsteps to the bay. Launch your kayak, paddle board or just relax. The beauty never ends from sunrise to sunset. Take in the beautiful view of LBI’s bridge at night “LBI’s string of pearls”. Beach lovers take a short walk about 3 minutes to 72nd beach with minimal crowd due to short block. Enjoy events on the 68th street beach Fire Pit Fridays and Sunday afternoon Concert Jams. Visit 1 block away Bayview Park to enjoy playground for the kids, guarded bay beach in calm water, volleyball, pickleball, basketball and more. Bay Village is 3.5 miles away a short ride by car or bike.

Wonderful home

Me and my familiy really enjoyed staying at this house. We brought three children 3 and under and we could walk to the bay park and it wasn’t to bad to get to the beach using the car(so much stuff) I would stay here again!

This beautiful home provided all we needed for a perfect week on LBI. Stunning bay views of fireworks, generous parking and room for all six of us .Comfortably appointed and beautifully decorated, house truly had all we needed..Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We have been renting in LBI for a few years and I think this was our favorite house yet. The location is perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after the beach and watching the bay. We rented a kayak and were able to get in and out of the bay easily and enjoyed kayaking through the quiet bay. The kids enjoyed the bay beach and playground nearby too. House was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. It was great!

Amazing family vacation

We had a great family vacation in LBI! This is our second time staying in this location, and both times have been nothing short of amazing. 5 min walk to the beach and “beach” at the bay with a playground. Quiet and relaxing location. We made such great family memories and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in LBI.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This house was perfect for my family. Clean and had any amenity that is needed for a successful beach vacation. The view of the bay was my favorite part! Constantly looking at the beautiful water and the gorgeous sunsets in the evening!

Perfect Family Beach House

This is our 3rd year renting this property. We absolutely love it here. The house is cozy, very clean and well decorated. It's right on the bay and a short walk to the ocean beach. The view is amazing and it is steps away from kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. Great place to relax and be with family.

Beautiful, well appointed home

The location and views were outstanding. Beds very comfortable. Furnishings were all great. Loved having beach chairs and umbrella there. You just need a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Amazing family LBI trip

We could not have asked for a better vacation! The house was perfect for our family with amazing views of the bay and an easy walk to the beach. Beach tags were provided which was another plus. There was also a bay beach close by if you have younger children! The location is on a quiet road with great surrounding neighbors. Everyone is so friendly and it was close enough to all the great restaurants and fun things to do in LbI. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Hidden gem of LBI

We had an incredible family visit! The house was well equipped with anything you could need from a rental and we instantly felt at home. The view is absolutely incredible, having a small slice of the bay across the street was great with our kids to get in the water or kayaks without having to go far. The location is great, very quiet area with a quick walk to the beach. The only issue was that we wanted to stay longer!

Perfect Beach House

My son, daughter-in-law, 3yr old grandson and myself stayed for a week in this perfect beach house. The unobstructed view was spectacular, especially the sunsets! The house is located right across the street from the bay where my grandson played everyday. You can also kayak and paddle board from here! It’s a very short walk to the ocean beach. One of the nicest beaches in the area. The house was clean, comfortable and well supplied and the owners, couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Beach House

This was our second summer renting this property. Everything about the house is wonderful. The view is spectacular, the house is nicely decorated and well appointed, and the location is perfect. Every night we would walk a few steps to the end of our street to watch the amazing sunsets. The bay beach is right in front of the house which makes it easy to kayak whenever you want. We had a 4 year old with us who loved playing in the bay and it is a very short walk to the ocean beach. We will definitely be back next summer!

Family Vacation

This home is in the perfect location with stunning views of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and the front deck was the perfect place to relax while babies were sleeping. There’s an odd rule at the beach that you can only use single pole sun shades. We couldn’t use the 4 pole canopy we brought. We had to invest in beach umbrellas.
