We are a small, independent boutique hotel offering fully-furnished, high-end suites for your stay in Healdsburg. Each suite features three private bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a full-size gourmet kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. There are four suites in total - all located on the same level. The hotel suites at Two Thirty-Five offer all the comforts of home and are just steps away from Healdsburg's beautiful historic plaza. Whether you're traveling as a family or a group of friends, everyone can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and still have a private space of their own.

The 235 suites are perfect for three couples! We went on the Memorial Holiday weekend and kept saying how great the set up was for our group. Each suite has it's own full-sized bathroom and the shared areas kitchen/living room our plenty spacious for 6 people. One of the best things though was the location...right near the square downtown. You can walk to everything! We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip and had an absolute blast!! The suite was perfect! Very spacious, clean, well updated and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and wineries. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting with a small group.

Great stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had its own thermostat. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we cooled breakfast daily.The location to the downtown are could not be beat. We walked to dinner every night.Great place to stay!

Amazing location, great space!

We spent a long weekend at 235 for a girls getaway and the space could not have been more perfect for our group of 6. They had everything we needed, plenty of space for all of us, clean, comfortable rooms and a location that could not be beat. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again and again! Great Location

We loved our stay at the property. Perfect for three couples. All agreed that the beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Cables to connect laptop to the TV were provided upon request but should be standard equipment in the room since the TVs do not allow direct streaming.

Two Thirty-Five Luxury Suites was the vision of the Deas Family. We've lived in Healdsburg for four generations, but we also love to travel. We're a big family and when we travel together, we often end up in vacation rentals with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas to hang out.

But with vacation rentals, we find that we miss the small details of a hotel stay like helpful reception staff and daily cleanings. When we started thinking about putting a hotel at 235 Healdsburg Avenue, we imagined a hotel that was more than just a collection of individual rooms but rather full, luxurious suites where friends and families could gather and spend time together in downtown Healdsburg.
