Great for multi member groups, large groups, etc. Close to coffee shops, pizza, tea rooms, brewery, Otts pasts, downtown/MSU, 45 minutes to Branson, about 10 minutes to Bass Pro Shop. All new furniture in every bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. 2 car garage plus 3 spots in the driveway. 5 bedrooms, 1 futon game room area, main living room/dining room, & basement living room/extra table seating area.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights. While the location and overall layout worked well for our trip, there were several cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues that affected our stay.The house was not as clean as expected upon arrival. We noticed cobwebs in multiple areas, trimmed beard hairs on the bathroom sink and cabinet door, and hairs on the bathroom and shower walls.Several maintenance items also need attention. The front door did not latch securely, a few light bulbs throughout the house needed replacement, and the stair railing was loose. The floors were very squeaky, and there were a couple of areas where the flooring had uneven transitions that could easily become a tripping hazard. These areas should be repaired or clearly marked, especially for elderly guests.The mattress in the upstairs bedroom with the attached bathroom was quite worn out and uncomfortable. The dining room chairs were also uncomfortable for extended seating. Additionally, the motion-sensor lights in the bathroom were more annoying than helpful, frequently turning on and off at inconvenient times.Overall, the property has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort would greatly enhance the experience for future visitors.

Our team is available throughout every reservation and would have gladly addressed any cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort concerns had we been made aware of them. We take the condition of our home seriously and have both a professional cleaning team and a separate inspection process before guest arrivals. Because of that, the issues described do not reflect the experience typically reported by our guests, as this property consistently has excellent feedback and reviews. However, we have reviewed the items mentioned with our teams and will continue to monitor the property closely.

Very spacious house

The house was clean and had great space for everyone to spread out. It was a bit of a maze finding all the rooms, but that just made it more fun.

The house was lovely. It was very clean. It had enough room for a large group. We needed a large space for family to attend a family funeral and appreciated that we could all gather in the living/dining rooms. Areas that could have been improved were kitchen towels and dish cloths as there were none so we had to buy some and towels in general as we had to buy some additional hand towels and wash cloths as well. That wouldn't deter me from staying again however.

Girls trip

House was very nice and clean. Location was good. Could have used some more living room and outside seating. Had 5 people in our group and only 2 outside chairs. Overall had a great time and would stay definitely stay again.
