Freshly remodeled 1 Bedroom beach condo, new interior! Best location, steps to the sand at Upham Beach. Complex amenities include year-round heated pool & your own private patio. Cleverly designed with the bedroom behind sliding doors and an open concept living area, full size sofa bed and modern equipped kitchen.
Please note: some first-floor condos still ongoing renovations within the community.
This first floor condo and private patio is just a short walk to the sand. This condo has an efficient use of space and perfect for a great getaway. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a living room with a pullout sofa bed. The bedroom and bathroom are tucked behind a set of bifold doors. We provide beach essentials - towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy. Year round heated swimming pool, High speed Wi-Fi, digital parking pass for one (1) vehicle provide exceptional value.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:
What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
One parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay! The city only does allow us to purchase 1 pass, so any additional parking would have to be paid meter/paystation parking nearby.
Most commonly, our guests use Tampa International Airport. They have many transportation options to St Pete Beach, so you do not have to rent a car. Once on the beach, almost everything is walkable. The closest grocery store is 1 mile, but there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in this area, so if you do want to make a trip it is easy to do.
Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older. We do not accept 3rd party bookings. - 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo. - This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. - No illicit use or consumption of illegal drugs including the use of recreational marijuana. - Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony. - Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am. - Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors. - Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind. - As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

So close to the beach. It was great. Room was good not great. Couch was very uncomfortable. Not a problem though because we spent all our time on the beach.

My husband Mark and I are St Pete Beach residents who can't get enough of our hometown! We purchased a condo in St Pete Beach when we were living in New York and this connection drew us to move South to the Sunshine State.
Living locally, we are accessible to renters to help with any concerns during your stay and regular communication as needed. While we are usually close by, we also have a network of people and local businesses to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. We primarily use electronic locks for guests to check in and out, which provide convenience and ease of checkin. Several of our units use the onsite property management office, though easy after hours checkin is still available.
We frequently enjoy our slice of paradise in St Pete Beach. We love to walk the beach, paddle board or kayak, swim in the gulf and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. We are also quite diverse when it comes to our food choices, and love the variety that St Pete Beach has to offer. We also enjoy drinking craft beer or mixed drinks while watching the sunset in paradise!
Mark and I, along with our family, own multiple condos/properties in the area, making it ideal for groups who are looking to rent and coordinate several units.
We can't wait to offer one of our homes to you as you relax and take some time away.
