Beach Cottage, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom Beach Cottage, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
This cottage is a separate house at the rear of the Beach house. It does not have ocean views from the cottage. The Cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and Ocean Front deck. It has a flatscreen television, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed in the bedroom. There is also a queen blow-up mattress for one person in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
You are steps away from the beach. We have 3 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use to bring down to the beach.
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the shared deck in front of the main house. Wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This beach cottage is custom decorated with a costal décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 1 designated parking space.

Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

This cottage was ideal for the two of us. No streets to cross to reach the beach or boardwalk. There is no view from the cottage itself but there is a seating area fronting the boardwalk. All amenities were available and working. The owners are great at quickly replying to any questions prior to arrival and property manager is on site and easily accessible. We couldn't have been happier.

The place was how it was shown in the listing. The location was steps from the beach. However, there are a couple things that would make the stay more comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a tv in the bedroom as the couch was very uncomfortable and there was no real place to hang beach towels to dry, a foldable drying each would have been useful.

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions. We have had a few other guests mention the sofa as well, so we’ve decided to replace it and will be doing that within the next few weeks. We also think your suggestion of adding a TV to the bedroom is a good one, and we plan to take care of that this week. There is a rear deck available for hanging and drying beach towels, but we realize that may not have been clear during your stay. We’ll make sure future guests are aware of it. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. We’re always looking for ways to make the cottage more comfortable for our guests.

This apartment is at a great location. It was clean and they supplied pretty much everything you need while there. The only thing I could think would be it would be nice to possibly have a slightly more comfortable/bigger couch.

This is my number one choice when coming to Ocean City. Lynda is very accommodating and their Property Manager is awesome! They have ocean view properties that I can’t wait to book!

Cute comfortable spot to spend a week

Super convenient walk around the corner of the main house to the boardwalk. Had everything needed to spend a short trip kitchen wise- Tupperware, pots, etc. will definitely book again

Martin & Lynda Graham. We love the water and the beach. This is our future retirement home that we are sharing with families to enjoy family time together as we do.
We reside in the Finger Lakes region of NY where we work full time. We have five beautiful children and three grandchildren. We love to spend time with our family at the beach, boating, and sking. We especially like to cook and have family meals together.
Our son, Sean Conner, is the Property Manager for our BeachView Apartments. He will help check you in and provide your parking passes as well as be around during your stay for any questions or help you may need.
Because this is our family beach home, we do not allow seniors to stay during senior week or large groups who wish to party at the beach. Our beach house is for family-oriented guests who want to spend time together, enjoy the beach, go golfing and have fun on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. We do require quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for our guests.
Thank you for staying with us at our beach home, we hope you enjoy your stay!
