Great spot close to Pioneer park with everything you could possibly need. There are extra blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable. We stayed in basement unit, and once we figured it out, it was a great experience. Generally quiet, unless the people upstairs are stomping around at 4 am, but it is a quiet nice spot and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brian for everything!

Cozy stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was as described and we had plenty of supplies available. We even got a clear view of the Aurora from the house on our last night. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Close to the airport and great location for all we wanted to do. Not fancy but had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The reservation, communication and check-in process was great as Brian proactively kept us informed of everything we needed to know and responded to questions very quickly. The property was very nice as well, and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again the next time we are in Fairbanks!

Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Brian did a great job of communicating with us and available for anything we needed. This place was perfect for us. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Wainwright. We wanted a place with a kitchen so I could cook him some home cooked meals and a table/chairs for playing board games. We enjoyed every minute in Fairbanks. If you are looking for comfort and room to relax, this place will not disappoint you. I give it a 5 out of. 5.

The property served as a home away from home with the host thinking though and making available, anything and everything needed for a family to spend a few days exploring the city while still having the option to go with a home cooked meal, fun with board games and such. Perfect for us!

Nothing flashy and a bit small for our family of five, but this was a perfect place for our stay in Fairbanks! Excellent communication from the host and a very nice location within walking distance of quite a few things Fairbanks has to offer. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The host was great to work with. He made everything so simple from check in to check out. The upstairs tenants were very helpful and even brought a snack tray for our grandson! I highly recommend this place!!!!
