StoryTime Properties wants to welcome you to stay at The Cozy Story Loft! This place is super cozy and peaceful. Located in Fairbanks, this welcoming apartment offers 2 serene bedrooms with queen beds and 1 sofa bed in the master bedroom. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. In addition, there is a cozy living room with another sofa bed for extra sleeping space. With amenities like a washing machine, heating, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. A fully stock kitchen and a great open concept for you and your family to create endless memories that you will forever cherish! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are located near the beautiful Creamers Field that has many trails to hike and to which you can experience the viewing of the breathtaking Aurora. Close to great restaurants and stores such as; Costco, Fred Myers, Safe Way and Walmart.

Great communication. This was the perfect place for me and three unrelated teenagers. The outdoor temperatures were -45F while we were here for three days. The rental was toasty warm and very clean. I’m glad we had additional directions to the rental-it was very quiet and on a dead end portion of the street. Extension cords for our car were easy to use (and essential at -45F!). We’ll stay here again!

This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable accommodation we had experienced on an 18 day vacation. The furnishings and layout were functional and adequate.

Week Stay

Overall good place to stay. Close to Costco, Fred Meyer, & Wal-Mart. The 2 Beds are good. The 2 Couches work well for children but are uncomfortable for larger teens and adults. Fans were made available to help stay cool during the summer heat. Owner is very responsive.

Cozy, clean, comfortable, and great location

This property was exactly what we wanted. Communication from the host was always prompt, friendly, and helpful, and even giving us information about activities in the area. It was a great price and it's in excellent condition, perfectly clean, and well maintained. It's comfortable amd cozy, and was the perfect size for my husband and I and our teenage daughter.One of our objectives was to see the Aurora, and this place is located within about a 10-minute walk to Creamer's Field, which is one of the best places in town to see the Northern Lights. We did get a beautiful show of them while we were there!I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The description is wrong, says 2 queen beds in each bedroom, there is only 1 in each. Owner said they’d bring an air mattress and never did, and blamed VRBO for the inaccurate description, but other places close by show only 1 bed in a room-not VRBO’s fault. The extra sofa sleepers are hard and uncomfortable, the one in the bedroom if you are taller than 5’7” you won’t fit but it’s hard as a rock anyway. The beds are super uncomfortable also. You have to go down a back alley way to get to the apartment in a sketchy neighborhood. We felt we had to completely empty our truck because it didn’t feel safe, plus it says 2 parking spots but we could barely fit our truck and had to back down the alley because there was no room to turn around. It was less expensive than other places, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also the toilet in the bathroom reminded us of bathrooms in Europe, not a lot of

This is a central location!! It’s across from creamers fields where you can experience the breathtaking Aurora's and walk through many beautiful trails. It’s also near by a Costco, Fred Myers, Safe Way and a Walmart, along with many great restaurants! We are also close by downtown where you can do more tourist activities!
