Returning to home base will be a treat as well with a full kitchen ready to assist in preparing a tasty recipe, free high-speed WiFi for streaming or remote work/school, and a flatscreen TV to catch up on favorite shows! Plus, the patio is a great place to watch the last light of day disappear as you sip a favorite drink in the summer breeze and look out to the flowing river.

Though you won't need to leave the comfort of home, this complex is in a great location to venture out and make the most of the Manatee River, go play a round of 18 at a local golf course or head into the main drag of Bradenton just four miles west. While in town, check out the local shops or grab a bite to eat from one of the many tasty eateries that make this city so special. If a beach day is on the agenda, make the quick 13-mile drive to Holmes Beach and spend the day soaking up the sunshine with your toes in the sand.

Dock details: Private boat docks are available for rent on a first come first serve basis. Boats up to 28' are allowed for $100 fee per stay. Guests must use their own ropes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
