The cottage was very clean and on a nice side street with a big yard. It is close to downtown Bradenton,plus a Publix and CVS are right down the street. Very convenient location. The host was super easy to communicate with and made sure we were happy with the rental.

Host was great and very responsive. Great living room TV, appliances were really nice. Heat and A/C worked great. (Never thought I would have to use the heat in Florida, but the weather was unusually cold). Had a great time.
