You will be steps away from some of the best restaurants and bars in the hottest neighbourhoods: Calle Loiza/Santurce/Condado.

Located a block away from 24hr grocery stores, laundry, pharmacy, banks and anything you might need for your convenience. And 2 blocks away from the beach and Parque del Indio (ideal for kids). We are located at Mirsonia Street, walking distance to Plaza del Indio, Ocean Park Beach, Casinos and next to the best restaurants in the area.

Santurce, Condado, Isla Verde and Old San Juan (San Sebastian Street Festival - Sanse) are accessible points of interest.

Self-checkin, no pet-friendly, family, kids, business, groups, solo adventurers are welcome. No parking on premises

Apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to a 24 hour grocery and anything else you may need. Quick walk to the beach. No car rental was needed since everything was within proximity of the apartment so thats a plus for sure. Host was helpful if we needed them and always quick to respond. I would stay here again

Great Stay

We arrived late on the evening and the property owner reached out to find out if we were okay. Upon arrival it was easy to access the apartment. The size and accommodations was everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There are shops and restaurants a short walking distance. I would stay at the same location again.

Casa Mirsonia is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, steps from the beach, 24 hours supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful and has everything.

Great place in Condado

The apt was spacious and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to stores, restaurants, an everything in Condado. My daughters and I loved the place.

Lovely place!

Beds are very comfortable, nice outside patio and kitchen, bathrooms (2) are small and water pressure is quite low for showers. Overall, nice stay!

My stay at Laura's place

In general, our stay was very pleasant. Place was quiet, and had good AC. Location was very convenient. We did not need to rent a car. Check-in was easy. We appreciated the bunk beds in the second room, good closet spaces as well.

There was a misunderstanding as to how to enter property. The keys were not available. Someone was supposed to greet us but she was inside of apartment and we couldn't communicate we were waiting outside. To avoid all this the keys should have been left as first stated in lockbox. One a/c not properly cooling. Could not find extra toiletries. The area was a good area as there were many things nearby.

Property was clean with adequate supplies. Two blocks from the beach. Street parking was available. Shower water pressure was weak. Very dark condo with only one operable window in the kitchen. Nice little courtyard. Power outage one day. Host communicated well.

5 beach days

The lockbox was difficult to get open. Everything is nearby, the neighbor above told us that waves were rough in front on the park with an undertow. The ocean is much calmer about 400 yards to the right. No water pressure for showers was the only issue we had. Would rent again.

Good base for families

This apartment fits a family of four comfortably. A comfortable queen and bunkbed with AC units in each bedroom make for a good night's sleep. Dining inside is difficult due to the size of the table and awkward stools, but a small, enclosed patio area is nice for eating outside. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals, although the very small drying rack and lack of drying towels makes clean-up a bit of a hassle. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the apt. The beach is within very easy walking distance, and eateries and other activities aren't too far. A longer walk or inexpensive carshare gets you to Condado's main strip, Miramar, and Old San Juan easily. Communication with proprieter was clear if a tad slow.

Solid rental

This place had a lot to like and few things to dislike. Likes : proximity to beach, grocery stores, old San Juan, restaurants Air conditioning was good Laundry on site Bedding and towels were new/great condition Beach towels, chairs, cooler provided Kitchen was usable and had most utensils/pans Dislikes: no on-site parking Low water pressure Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we did not have any problems so it could just be our take on it. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time at this property. The things we disliked did not detract from our stay. We loved the beach nearby. We were always able to find street parking, but sometimes we had to walk a block or so, but it wasn’t a big issue. During the day it was harder to find parking than at night due to people going to the beach nearby. The property was cleaned satisfactory and the host was kind.

It was ok.

One of the surprises that we found was that the majority of the windows open up to a cinderblock wall that allows little to no light to pass through. The window in the kitchen looks out to a patio area that is nice to hang out on. The place is a bit dingy and could have been cleaned and wiped down a bit better. There was a mildew smell the entire time we were there and there were some sightings of mold on the walls. There was no hot water the entirety of our trip, and one of the handles in the bathroom shower didn't work to control the water. A repair person came to fix the handle the 2nd day. We were a group of 4 adults and a baby. We informed the host about this in our request to book. There were only 2 towels on our arrival at 9pm. We received more towels and body wash the next day at around 12n.

Great Location

This apparent is conveniently located in the first floor of a building; thus, no need to carry bags upstairs. We walked every day to the beach (~5 min). Calle Loiza is two blocks away and you will find multiple restaurants and bars there. We visited Bebo's cafe a couple of times. It was good and had a good price. You will also find a supermarket and multiple bars in Calle Loiza; however, La Plaza or Viejo San Juan are more entertained at night. Viejo San Juan is a short Uber ride away. We never had issues finding transportation in this area. Kids have fun at the apartment and the open patio was great for breakfast. Accessing the upper bed of the bunk bed is not that easy. Kids are fine but definitely not an option for grandparents or people with limited mobility. Mattresses are in the softer side. Great time in Puerto Rico. Definitely recommend this place
