Access to condo is via smart locks for contactless check in and out at your convenience. This can be your home away from home!

MASTER BEDROOM & ATTACHED SPA BATHROOM:
The master bedroom features a queen bed with stylish decor, a smart TV, and an outdoor deck accessible through the sliding door. There is an attached master spa-like bathroom with a double sinks, granite vanity, large jacuzzi with handheld sprayer, and an incredible 6 head walk-in shower where you can also enjoy a hand held sprayer, shower head, rain head, and multiple body sprays.

OUTDOOR PATIO DECK:
Stunning private deck with grey cushions topping a 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, and 2 ottomans. The patio also features a bar with 4 bar stools and a coffee table. Cushions are kept inside the walk-in master closet to ensure they remain dry for guests. Privacy curtains make this an ideal spot to spend time relaxing outside.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
A single collapsable bed which sleeps one is located in the master bedroom walk in closet and can be set up in advance upon request. There is also a large leather sleeper sofa in the living room which opens up into a queen sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. This condo comfortably sleeps 5 persons as there are a total of 2 queen beds and 1 single bed.

LUXURY BATHROOMS:
1.5 Bathrooms. The master bathroom is a full and there is also a half bathroom located in the hallway between the master bedroom and kitchen. Each of the bathrooms are stocked with white towels, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispensers, hand sanitizer, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and tissues. There are additional towels, blankets, pillows and cleaning supplies in the hallway closet. There are a total of 10 white bath towels, 10 wash cloths, 12 hand towels, and 2 bathmats provided. Personal toiletries, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are NOT provided.

CHEF’S KITCHEN & 6 PERSON DINING TABLE:
This gorgeous fully equipped kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. Top of the line stainless steel appliances- fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, stove top, dishwasher, disposal, and toaster. White porcelain dishes include 12 large dinner plates, 12 small dinner plates, 12 pasta bowls, 12 cereal bowls, 2 serving bowls, and 12 coffee mugs. Glassware includes 12 highball glasses, 12 rocks glasses, 12 champagne flutes, 12 white wine glasses, 12 red wine glasses, 12 crystal old fashioned glasses, 12 shot glasses, and a flower vase. Silverware includes 12 small forks, 12 large forks, 12 dinner knives, 12 large spoons, 12 small spoons, and 12 tasting/coffee spoons. 18 piece knife block set, 17 piece cookware set, 14 piece bakeware set, and 14 piece cooking utensil set, mixing bowls, 5 measuring spoons, measuring cup, cookie sheets, can opener and peeler provided. Keurig coffee maker with coffees, creamers, and sweeteners provided. Salt, pepper and boos block cutting board, a plastic cutting board, and ice bucket provided. Cocktail shaker and bar set provided with wine openers and champagne stoppers. A kitchen hand towel, 2 paper towel rolls, automatic dish soap dispenser, automatic antibacterial hand soap dispenser, hand sanitizer, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, kitchen garbage bags, and extra bedroom/bathroom trash liners are provided. Cooking oil is NOT provided and no used kitchen items will be left in the fridge or in the cabinets. Placemats are provided for the 6 person dining table. There are also two bar stools located at the kitchen island. Silver charger plates, white cotton napkins, and napkin rings available upon request for special events.
