We loved our stay at this great, Lakeview home! Mike is a thoughtful host and although we didn’t need anything, he was only a text away. Very responsive. The house was clean, and it was stocked with the basics that you may need for a long weekend. My four children loved the house, especially playing in the finished basement and walking around the neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for movie night in the living room! It was great to have a garage during the recent snow storm. My kids are already asking to return next weekend. This home & location were perfect for our long weekend in the city. Thanks so much, Mike!

Michael’s place and location were great. The house is homey and comfortable. Location was easy access to getting groceries, walking to restaurants and Wrigley Field. Also, quick access to downtown via Lyft.Will look forward to staying here again when we travel to Chicago in the future.

House was perfect for our family get away. We had two small children - under 2 and 4 adults. Lots of room. Our son's family that lives close to the house came to visit with his family of 3 and the kids had lots of room to run around and just play. The garage worked out well for parking our SUV. Kitchen was well stocked as we fixed breakfast for the group. Grocery store across the street was also handy.

The house is beautiful. It is on a busy street but we didn't hear any street noise once inside the house. The beds are very comfortable. There are two decks in the back and a garage which is very handy. We did not have any trouble finding parking in front of the house. You do need to be able to maneuver stairs as there are stairs into the house in the front and up to the master bedroom. We would stay here again.

We had a great family trip to Chicago at Michael’s place! Check in was easy, the house was super clean, well equipped and just like the photos. We had two 8 year olds with us and the basement was a great space for them to hang out. The only “critique” which isn’t a critique at all is that the upstairs street facing bedroom was a little noisy but that is to be expected when you’re in a city on a weekend. Overall we had a great stay and I’d recommend the house 100%.

Great choice

Great spot with everything you need close by. Parks, restaurants, grocery store all within walking distance. My daughter loved scootering down the sidewalks in the friendly neighborhood. Everything with the house is as expected and Michael is a great communicator if you need anything at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for a family for the week.

Perfect for a bunch of adults just needing a place to sleep

We used this at a place to go between exploring chicago and going to a concert at Wrigley Field. It was great! super clean. Clear instructions. Cute and Cozy inside. The stairs are pretty steep but that was communicated and it was fine for who we needed it for!

A beautiful house in a quaint neighborhood. Many convenient options within walking distance. Host is awesome with responding and is a great resource for things to do in the area! Home is very welcoming and the garage parking is an added bonus! Would definitely love to stay there again!

Perfect Stay

Spent the weekend with my family. The house was perfect and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The steps are steep. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and relax.
