Beach’n @ SPI- a true Penthouse Oceanfront Oasis

Welcome to our oceanfront beach condo! Our dream to own a condo, steps away from the beach with an amazing view, has finally come to fruition and we are so happy to share it with you.

The grounds are very well kept and have so much to offer with 3 heated hot tubs, 3 pools (1 which is heated), tennis courts and a seasonal burger shack and palapa bar for cocktails by the pool.

We’ve worked hard to make our condo a true beach oasis with a home like feeling. My favorite part about the condo is the large open floor plan with views of the beach & bay, as well as, a large balcony overlooking the main hot tub and pool accompanied by views and sounds from the ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, spa like shower and full sized washer & dryer.

Guest bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen sized bed and has a spectacular view of the bay side.

Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total) with an adjacent full bathroom and views of the Bay as well as the beach/gulf.

The condo has WIFI, big screen TV’s, JBL surround sound speakers that connect to your phone, and ceiling fans in almost every room. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s, Roku, & cable. Although we don’t recommend spending too much time indoors!!

We boast a fully stocked kitchen (we live here 6 months a year so it’s prepared for anything!) including a stocked Keurig. We have beach toys, games and furniture, a balcony with a couch/tv, and has views that most dare not dream of!!

Family Friendly Vacation

We had three generations of family staying and everyone was pleased, not an easy task with teenagers. The location of the condo was excellent with quick access to pools and beach. The bedrooms were comfortable and all slept well. The kitchen, living room, and patio were spacious and we never felt crowded. At first we were having difficulty with the television and the owner responded quickly with some helpful hints.

We loved the condo, it's just perfect for the family—great view of the sea. The place has everything needed, from Bluetooth speakers to TVs, to beach needs and more. Plus the host was really nice and very helpful!

Great Oceanview location

Clean and well maintained condo that was fully stocked. Has all the pool, kitchen, and bathroom supplies you'll need, even portable speakers for poolside (full service bar by pool too). Great balcony with Oceanview. Accurate to pictures in listing and was spacious enough to accommodate 8 person family. Quick communication to any questions. Highly recommend as a getaway with close access right to the beach.

Home away from home

This condo is amazing. Great for families. Has everything you would need for the beach-toys,towels,blankets,umbrellas, carts to carry it all. There are tennis rackets and balls to use. Direct access to the beach. 3 pools (one heated) hottubs (found out kids not allowed in hottubs was kinda bummer). I had planned on checking out different beaches, but realized we did not need to leave the property, everything we needed was there. Kitchen stocked with spices and coffee and all cooking supplies needed. Plenty of room to eat at bar or dining table or on the patio. Great views. Very clean and easy to keep clean with supplies on hand. Highly recommended, we will be going back.

Perfect for whole family

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo is the best place we have stayed since starting our yearly SPI trips since 2015. Our family has found our permanent spot for our annual trip. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. The owners really thought of everything and provided so many amenities that most condos do not provide by. We had everything we needed. The owners were nice and very attentive. If you are looking for a condo on SPI look no further.

Amazed!

My first time staying at this property, definitely will not be the last! The room is amazing and spacious! They thought about everything, literally didn't leave anything out! From batteries to laundry soap, dishes, appliances, even beach toys for the kids like boogie boards, sand castle toys, chairs and a wagon to carry it all! I'm telling you they had it all! Literally felt like walking into my new home! Only thing you need to bring is clothes! My only regret was not staying longer. I didn't want to leave. Great place! Well worth the rate!

Most amazing condo ever!!!

We absolutely loved South Padre Island and our condo experience..this trip was one we’ll never forget! The condo was very clean, decorated nicely and literally included everything we needed and more for our trip!! All cooking utensils, pans, etc, two coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, a large umbrella, sand toys for our kids and even a couple wagons to transport everything! Also two portable speakers to take to the beach or pool. I truly felt like this was our home, away from home. We’ll definitely be back to South Padre and look forward to renting this unit again!!
