It was a great weekend at a beautiful house. The pool was amazing! The kids loved playing in the pool and sleeping in the bunk beds! Would visit again.

It was a wonderful stay, but..

Everything was great but the jets and waterfalls in pool were not in working order. That was a bummer but we still had a great stay.

Perfect cabin for fun and relaxation!

Although you may think you are driving to the middle of nowhere, this cabin is truly rather close to all of the attractions and restaurants. There is a little critter in the attic, and despite my many attempts to communicate with it, I still do not know what exactly it was. All in all, a wonderful cabin for families to enjoy!

The main bedroom is downstairs, all other beds are upstairs, but the air doesn't work upstairs. There aren't directions on how to use the stairway a/c and it would automatically turn off. We checked in on a Sunday, and called to put in a work order, but it was never addressed while we were there. The pool was dirty, had hair floating in it, the jets weren't working. I asked on Sunday check in to have it inspected and water levels checked, and it never happened. There is a rodent living in the attic that you can hear from the whole house. It seems as though this house has been vacant and unkept for a long while. For the price you pay, it would be nice if they gave a dishwasher pod or even an extra trash bag. There are nails sticking out in doorways, I got snagged and put a hole in my shirt.

It is completely unacceptable that the upstairs air conditioning was not functioning properly, and I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to not receive timely support after reaching out. I deeply regret that you faced issues with the pool and that there was a lack of follow-up on your requests. You deserved to be heard, and it's upsetting to think of you feeling overlooked during your trip. The report of a rodent in the attic and nails sticking out in doorways is particularly concerning, as this is far from the safe and comfortable environment we strive to provide for our guests. Additionally, we should have made sure to address those little details, such as providing extra trash bags and dishwasher pods, and I apologize for missing the mark here. Your feedback shines a light on crucial areas we must improve, both in our responsiveness and in maintaining our facilities. I genuinely regret that your experience with us fell short of our standards, and I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Please know that we are committed to addressing these issues swiftly to ensure that future guests have a much more positive experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

This cabin was very dirty - furniture was broke down - no place to put or hang your clothes - tiles around the pool are falling apart & locked to pool doesn’t work, not safe at all for small children!!! This could be a beautiful cabin but needs a lot of attention and love!!!
