Spacious accommodations for our family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Idyllic setting, even with an active 18 month old. The host was quick to respond and very gracious and patient with my many questions and confusion in scheduling. The Silver Hilton will be part of our family memories for years to come; three generations froze their toes in Lake Superior!!

Everything was amazing! The only complaint would be the grass was very long, hard to play outdoor games but used the patio which worked fine!

Points faibles : Arrivée
The property is beautiful and you can’t beat the view of the lake. I went there with my sister and my sister in law. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together. We ate most of our meals in because the house was so nice. There is an IGA on the main road in town and it was reasonably priced. The only thing I think you can improve on is the front door code procedure. It says to turn the deadbolt but the is not a deadbolt it symbol is a padlock. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect northshore spot!

We loved this place. It's a beautiful spot right on the lake. Its perfect to sit outside and be able to access the water. Our boys spent hours throwing rocks and running from the waves. The house is clean and very well stocked. The casita was great for extra space. Will definitely come back a

Great Northern Jewel!

Love this place. Beautiful beach and view of the lake from the spacious living and dining room. Loved the space with the addition of the bungalow. Everything you'd expect when it comes to amenities and more. We brought our usual kitchen items, spices, etc, but would not have needed them as it was stocked. Looking forward to the next visit!

Location on the shore is unmatched!

The home was lovely and location in May was the perfect amount of private and quiet. Spotlessly clean. Only drawback was the noise emanating from the baseboard heat registers. No rhyme or reason for timing or length of the whine (wouldn't be an issue in warm weather) but it was nerve wracking and sleep disruptive.

Colleen, thank you for the review .We apologize- our boiler does have a life of its own and makes noises which can be hard to adjust to. Thanks so much for sharing your insight. Hope you were able to enjoy other aspects of your stay.

Lovely shoreline property!

We stayed for three nights and would have loved to stay longer! Everything is well appointed and there are lots of lovely touches like plenty of shampoo, soap, etc. as well as books, games, every kitchen gadget we needed. The extra bunkhouse where our 17 and 21 year old kids slept was lovely too - it would be awesome to have a bathroom out there as well, but it’s close and the flashlights helped, if our kids were young and afraid of the dark that would have been an issue, lol;) All in all - awesome and I look forward to booking again!
