Cozy quiet home close to tourist attractions & airboating. Pet-friendly!

This is our Oasis! This cozy home is on 3.5 acres of Airboat paradise in a quiet island/fishing community. It feels like you are out in the country but only ten minutes to town. Locally within a mile either direction are two convenient stores with all essentials. Withlacoochee bike trail is within 6 miles either direction from the house. Many amazing restaurants nearby and some delivery options. Crystal River is only 28 miles which has numerous fun touristy things to do and GREAT fish restaurants! Disney is only 49 miles. Using our private Airboat Ramp will incur a separate fee that will be settled offline.

The property gave plenty of room for our dog. While the yard was not completely fenced in, which we knew in advance, it was enough that it contained our pet for the most part.

Fabulous rental property

We just finished a 2 month stay at this property. The owners were awesome. We arrived a few hours early, and they let us check in at that time. The home had everything we needed,and was in great condition. The screened in Lanai was the best part..great for entertaining, complete with an extra fridge, a huge Blackstone grill, a beautiful bar and dining room set. The property was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this rental!

This was just what the doctor ordered for each of the four of us......R & R. The only hitch was that it was just too short. Kim was a very gracious hostess. Thank you for a great stay.

I can’t say more good things about this rental property! two bedroom two bath with a kitchen and a huge backyard with carport which came in hand with the monsoon rains. Home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really nice large screened in patio. This had everything we needed for our weekend getaway! Communication with the owner was excellent. We actually had a little issue with checking out on time and the owner was more than accommodating! We would definitely rent here again!

Very enjoyable

Would recommend. Good location to get to Crystal River and Inverness. Nice for dogs to be able to get out. House has everything you need. Back patio is fantastic. Would stay again for sure.

We traveled to this property area numerous times to airboat in the Flying Eagle nature preserve and fell in love with this community. Withlapopka Island is a small community that is quiet and friendly. Since purchasing this property in early 2020, we have found many more fun things to do in the area and are still learning new things!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We chose this property because we fell in love with the almost 4 acre yard! All cleared with beautiful palm trees and tangerine trees. We finished closing in the Florida room and that has been the extension to the house that was needed for a fun place to hang out with family and friends. We have privacy fences which make this outdoor patio that is behind the house to be completely private. You will feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere it is so quiet here. We also love that the airboat boat ramp is connected to this property. Buccaneer Bay water park is only 37 miles from this property which is a 30 acres outdoor water park for kids!
