Updated Mid-Century with Pool and Spa -- 3+2

This 3-bedroom, 2 bath house was renovated from the ground up a few years ago and combines classic Mid-Century lines with a modern and spacious open plan and new fixtures and amenities. The huge, fully-appointed kitchen anchors an airy living and dining area. The huge island is a perfect to gather family and friends for cocktails or as a home base for a poolside BBQ. An Apple TV with soundbar, lots of board games and a rare Estadio foosball table offer lots of fun for all ages.

The large main bedroom opens directly to the pool and has amazing views of the beautiful mountains, as well as a large, en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms, each with their own flair, are both spacious and bright, and share a bathroom.

The beautiful pool with spillover spa enjoys great views of the mountains. Chaises and an additional outdoor seating area offer lots of opportunities to enjoy the famous desert fun & heat.

The large, walled corner lot offers a ton of privacy, while being located just a few minutes’ drive from downtown and the airport, and right next to Mesquite Golf and Country Club. This affordable and well-appointed home has it all!

Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.

Check in time is between 4-8 pm, check out is 11 am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

The house is dog friendly with payment of an additional pet fee.

There is a $50 per day pool heating fee. Spa heat is free!

PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick online booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
