****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Located about a 1/2 block from the beach, you'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or to just get out of the sun. From the covered patio, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes while you unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in strategic mid-town Ocean City, this unit's location gives you easy access to movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, the boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, water parks, jet ski rentals and of course many of the best restaurants in Ocean City. All are just a short drive or bus ride in either direction.

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. The kitchen has newer cabinetry, granite countertops and newer appliances. There is a washer/dryer, central air, 2 flat screen TV's and of course Wi-Fi.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 1st floor. Grandview is not an elevator building.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Very Clean and Great Location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great time at the rental. Located on a quiet beach block, the unit was ultra clean and furnished very nicely for our stay. This was our third summer stay there and we plan to return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location is superb! The condo/appt was very cozy and tidy. A very short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again if available and would opt for a week or two.
