Imaginez vos journées à la plage - de détente ou de prendre dans les innombrables activités du Quay a à offrir, puis de revenir à notre suite penthouse où vous pourrez profiter de vues sur les toits de Ocean City ressemble à aucun autre.

Le bâtiment en bord de mer a été conçu pour donner à cette unité des vues spectaculaires sur le Sud. Il n'y a pas de plus grands bâtiments dans son chemin. Vous voyez tout cela - l'ensemble de la péninsule qui forme Ocean City de l'océan à la baie.

Et puis il ya encore mieux. Vous aurez les vues de la salle familiale, cuisine, chambre principale et Chambre. Comment est-ce possible? L'unité dispose de 2 niveaux où les chambres sont au niveau du penthouse et la salle familiale / Cuisine ci-dessous. Y at-il des mesures pour grimper? Vous aurez la commodité d'un en-suite, ascenseur privé pour se déplacer entre les 2 niveaux. Bien sûr, vous pouvez également utiliser des étapes si vous choisissez.

Pour 2015, le Quay a remplacé ses 3 ascenseurs avec ascenseurs haute vitesse, affaires en classe. En arrivant à la 25e étage prend 40 secondes (sans autre étage arrête bien sûr).

Nous avons Salut-Def TV avec un service Xfinity, et Internet dédié.

This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway! It’s super convenient, and you can even walk to everything if you prefer. Ed, the host, was really friendly and made sure to provide you with the layout of the complex and learning about everything. Some of the reviews complained about not having a balcony, but it never mentioned one on the listing! The views from the living room and bedrooms are absolutely breathtaking.

While we always want to hear feedback from our guests, we also want to ensure an accurate assessment is portrayed. We have been in business for many years and this guest by far was the most challenging. Elevator issue was caused by the guest. Guest family broke elevator door that is required to close for the elevator to work. We promptly had the elevator company fix the broken door at no expense to the guest. They also overflowed the 1st floor bathroom toilet which has never happened before. Building maintenance was called to assist and found a tremendous amount of toilet paper clogging the toilet. They removed the clog & used a shop vac to clean up the floor. This was also done at the owner’s expense. And we also had our cleaners disinfect the floor at our expense as well.  All of the issues encountered were caused by this guest and all of the repairs & cleanup were paid for by the owner. In addition, guest was very rude to building maintenance staff, building security & elevator repair staff.  As you can see, we have never responded to guest feedback before. We always take the feedback on board & use it to improve our guest experience. But this guest’s feedback is false and we needed to call it out.

Stayed here June 2015 owner very friendly offered very good tour of condo explained Everything offered travel ideas at the OC and dolphins jumping out of water as we looked out the Breath taking view of OC. WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYONE. even has a cool elevator that takes u to the second floor of the penthouse.

Nice place, beautiful views, and comfortable.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Ed was great in communicating and was very responsive. The view of the beach, the city, and bay were worth every penny. The unit is at the very top of the building. The location is excellent and close to all the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We would stay here again. Thanks Ed.

great location for family with young children

overall a great unit to stay in. the 2 floor unit was nice especially if you need some separation during your stay. the kitchen and eating area is pretty spacious. location was great to be away from the busy parts of the boardwalk yet easy enough to drive to anywhere we wanted to go. the unit was clean. You have to understand sand is inevitable staying on the beach. it has a cafe on the 2nd floor for breakfast and lunch options. The beach is steps away and not too crowded. A backdoor for wagons and carts was a nice feature for avoiding them coming through the main door. Ed was great communicating and a wonderful host. small nit--The main elevators are noisy and can be heard in the unit but my kids slept with no problem.

The place was very nice no complaints. It was clean. We got right in a little earlier, which was nice. Walk me through the entire process. However everything works the elevator and the condo. It was perfect. We can’t wait to book it again for next year. This might be our go to spot Price was reasonable

Perfect location!

Ed is an absolutely wonderful host. The condo was exactly what we needed. Kitchen, living room, 1.5 baths, and 2 nice size bedrooms. We were able to check in and immediately start relaxing. The location is great, the pool was nice, and the beach is steps away with umbrella rental soon as you step in the sand. The bus stop is right across the street. The building employees were nice as well! Looking forward to booking again when another girls trip arises!

Great location but disappointing overall

Host was great to work with however the property needs some attention. Few other things to know: 1. May be oceanfront but no balcony 2. Elevator within the property was inconvenient to maneuver from floor to floor. Not recommended if staying with children Unfortunately, not the best experience.

NO BALCONY

There is NO BALCONY in this init. All you have are windows to look out on the side and the sideview of beach not very big. Other biggest issue for us was it is located right next to elevators so you had that noise all night. Also one bathroom is located on first floor (not second floor where bedrooms are) and had a bathtub (not a shower) which was inconvenient for us with teenagers as we all (4 of us) ended up sharing the one bathroom with the shower on the second floor.

Great location, place could use some TLC

The best part of the apartment was the great view and location on the beach. For the price I would have expected that the apartment itself be in better shape. It could use a fresh coat of paint (peeling paint in spots) and a deep clean. The floor was sandy when we arrived, cobwebs in various places, scuffs on the walls, etc. The kitchen table is sticky-it seems like the finish is compromised so it doesn’t fix by wiping down. One of the doors to the apartment wouldn’t lock. The battery was dead. We went 2 days and 1 night with the door not being secure.

Very nice renovated condo!! Awesome view!

Our overall experience here was great but I have to get the negative out of the way first. The cleanliness when we walked into the first floor of the condo caught my eye immediately as I am very sensitive to this. The floor was very sticky and had a lot of dust, dirt, crumbs, etc. The countertop had sticky rings along it like it hadn’t been wiped clean. The refrigerator had a couple of items left over. The microwave had a yellow dried liquid on the plate. And the toilet had a little “debris” in there as well. The second floor was not that bad in terms of cleanliness. All together I spent 2 hours cleaning the place before I could feel comfortable. (But I have to say that I travel with cleaning supplies.) Now to the great parts. The check in process was very easy and the property owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. The building is on the beach which was great. The condo is upgraded and feels very welcoming. I like the overall look of the place. Very nice fixtures. The view from every room was amazing. We saw dolphins!! There’s no balcony but you do feel fancy as there is an elevator inside the unit. The living room and kitchen are on the first level and the bedrooms are on the second level. All in all I would stay here again for sure!

Takieya, Thank you so much for your review. We were unaware of this unacceptable situation with the cleaning. We always want our guests to start their vacation immediately as they walk in the condo. For your next stay with us, please know we pride ourselves on superior cleanliness of the condo. Our cleaning staff shares this same goal and leaves behind a card with their phone number to call should anything not be up to our high standards. I am always available as well should anything not be quite right. We have met with the cleaning manager to understand what happened since this is a very rare occurrence for us as you can see by our reviews. We are happy you would like to stay with us again and we promise the condo will be up to our normal superior standards upon arrival.

Beautiful views of ocean and bay

This is a 2 floor condo on the 25th floor facing south. The views are amazing. There is no balcony which was OK for the off season rental. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Ed was a super host.

Loved the place. Would stay again. Wish the neighbors were more respectful of the hallway and kept their mess in the car like the rest of us. Hard to get into unit with their beach wagons outside their door all week. Made a mess of the hallway
