Memorial Day Getaway.

Property is located next to the beach with plenty of parking and security on site. It was a perfect fit for our family's stay. 2nd floor condo and easy access to the beach. We found everything we needed there for our stay. Located within walking distance of several restaurants. Facilities were nice and our kids enjoyed the large outdoor pool and basketball court. Would definitely recommend. Pricing was great too.

Great condo and facility

Excellent condo unit!! We stayed a week and wished it was more. Easy access to everything in Orange Beach. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was very spacious. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group of 6. The beaches were not crowded Memorial Day. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub everyday. Very clean unit with all working appliances. Would definitely return!!

Condo Review

Condo was great, the only issue we had was that we could not get the sliding door from the sitting room to the porch open. I could not get the door to unlock. Also, the sliding door from the bedroom to the porch was difficult to lock at times.

Hot Condo

We stayed in condo 205 at pelican point in orange beach Alabama August 1-5 2024. The air conditioner was not working properly and a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. I reported this and the maintenance employees showed up 2 days in a row. They did not have the ability to clean the coils nor check the Freon. I have a cancer that is incurable and I am in a tremendous amount of pain. The maintenance employees told us that the property owner would need to approve an air conditioner repairman or a new fan for the bedroom. This was a bad experience For $2,500. I wouldn’t rent this unit. The condo was also dirty.
