Welcome to your relaxing retreat in the heart of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This family-owned, ground-floor studio condo is the perfect spot for a romantic escape or small family getaway—featuring a rare oversized patio with views of a peaceful fountain and easy access to the BBQ area.

Located in Luau II, the newest beachside building in Sandestin, you’re just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf and the excitement of Baytowne Wharf. No elevators, no hassle—just walk right in and start your vacation.

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests. Please ensure you enter the correct guest count when checking pricing, as additional guest fees apply after 2 guests to cover extra linens, expanded cleaning requirements, and resort amenities.

The property was very clean. Several times throughout our stay we saw maintenance keeping it clean. Loved the pool and sidewalks to run on. Enjoyed using the tram and accessible beach property.

Beautiful location

The property was very clean. The photos in the listing are the exact unit and are exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again the next time we are in the area. Great Vacation Getaway!

Our Vacation at Sandestin Ground Floor Studio at Luau exceeded our expectations! The ground floor studio had everything we needed and more! It was very comfortable! We loved the Beach Theme, king bed, and location! Parking was close and walk to the beach was about 2 minutes. The resort was beautiful and had plenty of things to do! We enjoyed the Mini Golf Course just a short stroll away. We will definitely book again!

Good room, Great pool

We found the room to be clean and communication with the manager excellent. There were no hiccups and the process was extremely efficient with Sandestin resort. The room is more like a typical hotel room but fit our needs for our short stay before a longer stay in a larger condo unit on the property. The pool at Luau is one of the best on property and we enjoyed spending time there. Our only disappointments were difficulty finding an open parking space and the location of the room immediately inside the lobby door. We expected a lot of noise with the room location and that did occur but didn’t hinder our stay.

We love beach vacations. Growing up in Cyprus, I used to think that no beach is better than the salty waters of Mediterranean and our sandy beaches are the best. Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. Our four Luau condo's are located at the beachside of Sandestin Resort next to Hilton, Our 6 other condos are at the Bayside of Sandestin right next to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We also own at Pelican Beach Resort, Majestic Sun Resort at Seascape and Waterscape Resort. All are beachside updated properties with great reviews.

It is 2-3 minutes walk to the the famous Sandestin beach. The Turquoise waters and white sands made us fall in love with the Resort. Magnificent views from the Condo of little creek, water fountain and courtyard between Luau I and Luau II buildings. Walking distance or a short TRAM drive to the village of Baytowne Wharf. Tennis/Golf/cycling/kayaking. Family oriented, also great for Spring break crowd and youngsters or young -at-hearts. Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Newest Property in Sandestin. Luau pool is really cool with it's own Waterfall. Great family getaway. Romantic Destination.
